Terribly managed. Constantly out of items. The associates don’t know what is going on and they don’t care at all. The money services has been closed the past 2 times I’ve been there and when asked when it will open the response I got was “whenever someone shows up”.

** DO NOT USE ORDER PICKUP IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE **I would give no stars if I could.I placed an order for online pickup. Apparently, this store is trialing locker pickup. This would be okay. However, I am recovering from a car accident and needed assistance. You need a pin number to access your order. I did not get a pin number. Kiosk says call customer service but gives you no phone number. Out of nowhere, an employee shows up and goes to get my pin number. I told her i needed assistance, and she turned and walked away. I asked her if she could ask a manager to come out to meet me. She said ok. She did not. I started unloading 3 lockers into the cart. I got my cart loaded and headed towards my car. The wheels on the cart lock up before you get to the first parking spot. I am in spot 4. I called the store and spoke to the manager, who had no clue I had already asked for him. He tells me that the wheels on the carts lock at a certain point because of theft. I asked, "Why do locker pickup if you can't get the cart to your car?" No answer. I will state I am all for trying new things to save money and keep prices down. There has to be a way for people to get assistance. An employee should be available to assist. After all, it is a new system. The carts should make it to the cars!!I called Kroger customer service to report these issues as well.

Good enough, for the basics. Skip this location if you want meat sliced because there is rarely anyone working the counter. They also got rid of the mute option on the self checkout which isn't a big deal but it's annoying if you were used to being able to mute the robot that is 3 steps behind. They also have this locations self checkout set to be cleared by a teller if you purchase more than 25 items, probably due to theft. Got the time go to Publix.

My family and I have to give the best review to the staff of Kroger. We were on vacation when my mother realized she had forgotten some medicine so we went by the nearest Kroger pharmacy where Yasmin and Roya were. They helped us with no problem and they filled it in no time. It is great to see people help others especially from out of town. Yasmin and Roya are the best pharmacist and pharmacy tech respectfully.

This Kroger might be one of the worst in Nashville. The layout makes no sense for both the parking lot and the interior layout of the grocery isles making for unnecessary traffic. The employees, particularly in the self check-out area, are slow moving and sometimes completely unaware of any alerts that a customer is in need of assistance. I’ve only come across one employee who is extremely helpful and aware of what’s going on around him. Another complaint that isn’t necessarily a dig at the store itself, but the people who shop there. I always get so frustrated with so many slow moving shoppers who will often stop in the middle of heavily trafficked areas with no way for other shoppers to move around them. I never look forward going to this Kroger, but it’s the closest one to my neighborhood so I still go every week and leave feeling frustrated every time.*UPDATE: I’ve started going to the Belle Meade Kroger a little further down the road and I’ve found it to be worth driving a little further to get a better shopping experience and employees who seem to care more about their job.

I am fed up!! I spend over a thousand dollars a month at Krogers and well over and I’m sick and tired of buying things that are already out of date!!! Went earlier today and had to put back 6 items because they were out of date and or would be within a day or two!! These items weren’t marked down or on sale they were just regular products in the case with lots and lots of other out of date items!! I can’t begin to tell you how many things over the past year that I’ve gotten home and had to throw products away because they were already bad or stale or just plain old! I’m sick and tired of throwing away my hard earned money week after week for products that should have not been on the shelf! When I shop I try to do it quickly as I have a busy life with kids and running a business and should not have to spend 5 minutes looking for expiation dates on every package I pick up! I’m 40 years old and my grandparents and parents and I have always shopped at Kroger but I don’t know what’s going on with them now but I have 3 kids to feed and am less than satisfied with the experience I have had over the last year!! I should have taken more pics but was in a rush but don’t take my word for it go see for yourself!!

It's a great place to go if you love being asked for money every time you're getting gas or walking to your car!I really dislike this Kroger and don't like to come here, I would rather drive the extra mile to go to the one by Belle Meade, unless it is absolutely a matter of convenience. Store is not well stocked at all, often things are in disarray or out of place, and aisles are much smaller and cramped here.

Pretty clean with decent selection. Pole 8” from self checkout isn’t optimal. Finally have Tart Cherry Concentrate

PLEASE better staff this location. If you need an associate and can’t do self checkout for an item it’s a nightmare. Have to drive to a different Kroger to buy gift cards.

I stood in line for about 3 to 5 minutes, waiting to get my meat sliced at the deli, while the person in front of me had their cheese sliced. While waiting, I realized an elderly woman off to the side was literally sitting down on their baked goods because she was lightheaded. So I stepped out of line. my boyfriend and I, who was in an electric cart because he recently had hip surgery, gave him our electric cart. my boyfriend continued through the store with her, helped her finish shopping and loaded her car. In the meantime I had gotten back in line with the deli, and the man told me that he could not cut my meat because they were closing. I said Sir, i just stood in line and you saw me step out of line to help that elderly woman. He’s still refused. I understand that people want to get off work when they’re scheduled but have some decency. that is absolutely ridiculous.
