I don’t know what’s been going on with pickup usually Katy puts my order in my car for my husband’s weekly Monday morning order and it’s always correct and placed so nice in my car. She’s so sweet and helpful all the time. Whoever has been doing these past 3 weeks is terrible and rude. It’s just thrown all over the place in my trunk and it’s taking so much longer than usual. Everytime I get home something is damaged or I get stuff I didn’t even order. I came in the store to grab something I forgot and I saw Katy in the store collecting the items for orders why wasn’t she doing the car side stuff when she’s clearly the best one? The only positive I can say for my last experience is that my stuff was bagged a lot nicer like my fruit and meat products even my wine came in a wine bag. I guess it makes sense why my stuff was bagged better than usual since I saw Katy in store gathering the items for orders. Keep Katy please.

Zero stars for a terrible pickup experience. We had to go back 3 times; they gave us another families order the 1st time…told us everything was correct the 2nd time (shocker, it was not)…the 3rd time was us realizing an item we purchased at another store was taken during them taking bags in and out of our car. Customer service gave my husband a number to call. What a complete waste of time. Treat your customers like you want to be treated.

Customer service is terrible. I have one coupon that is free for one 2 liter bottle soda . I gave it to a lady work in the self pay department. She lost my coupon and changed the soda . She told me go to the customer service desk asking for refund. I told the lady at customer service. She asked me for the coupon. I tried to explain to her. She said that I was yelling. She said:”get out of here “ to me. What a horrible person to be a service. I told her that I don’t need anything, and refund all the stuff. She showed me very strict face and said:”no”. She didn’t let me explain and kept being rude. I told her : Can you check the camera. They didn’t. The end: I couldn’t use my coupon the lady who worked at the register lost my coupon so what’s the point of a coupon sending out to the customers

Extremely rude customer service, the department name is a complete insulting joke. We called asking for help for an urgent issue and the manager on staff, who stated he was the manager, said “I’m too busy to help.” Get proper training, busy season or not ever ok for this behavior they demonstrated.

Wish I could give zero stars… the girl who bagged my groceries threw all my sushi and Barbie donuts I got for my kids all over the place and upside down… and at the bottom of the cart under heavy stuff like milk… immediately after doing all this she just gets in her phone…. Worst customer service ever!!! She should be fired!!!!

Sit at the deli for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me. Had to ask someone to get me some help then the lady comes from outside to ask if I needed help and I told her I needed a pound of boars head no sodium turkey then she persist to say it would be 40 minutes or so cause she had to clear some bad food. It’s always something at the deli just seams like they are there just for a paycheck and nothing else. I’ve been going to Krogers for over 40 years and not now. Went to Public’s and they are a dollar cheaper and was glad to help me.

I've been in the area for 10 years now and the quality of this place is never any better than the last time I visited, it's rare to have a good experience here... There is hardly ever anyone in the regular checkout area just self checkout and I HATE self checkout as it always gives me trouble... Now they are checking receipts on the way out? What? If you wanna take the time to see I didn't steal then maybe all those red vests by the customer service counter should get off their a** and open a register to avoid that.
I'd love to say I'm never coming back but it's so close and convenient as I'm 2 mins away and other stores are a bit of a drive.
Honestly if you can just go to a different location where you get a decent experience with the people working there.

The Donelson store is my favorite place to go shopping. The employees are always very friendly and very helpful.
They make you feel welcome. I truly enjoy shopping at this location.

About 10 minutes to grab a few groceries. About 30 minutes to check out. I seriously can't believe it took that long to buys some bananas and chips but here we are.
