My granddaughter takes me to do my errands and other appointments when needed. Yesterday she took me to Kroger where I always do my food shopping and if needed take care of my pharmacy needs. Yesterday my granddaughter put her groceries up and then started putting my groceries up, my granddaughter then proceeded with her transaction and asked for cash back. I didn’t see the whole process, but after ringing my large order of $172. we left the store, now my granddaughter can’t find the cash she asked for. I said well maybe with everything that was going on maybe she the cashier forgot. It’s been known to happen sometimes. Well I called just awhile ago, I asked to speak with the manager, and a Barbara answered, and she was so beyond rude, to the point of raising her voice to me, and interrupting me as I thought she said to someone I said we were not given the money and I told Barbara that’s not what I said, I wanted to know if possibly the register was over perhaps. In fact Barbara’s rudeness supersedes the other issue of the lack of money and it wasn’t given to us. My granddaughter is pretty insistent that the money was given to her and just lost somehow and I hope that’s what happened. I’m not calling anyone a thief by any means I just wanted to check and see perhaps, because so much was going on that day at that register, my phone number is 630-699-6382. My last name is Gabriele GABRIELE I would appreciate someone responding back to me in the very least, concerning this Barbara .I didn’t put everything down she .said I’m just hoping that your phones are taped and the call can be reviewed. Why are you price gouging your loyal customers? Your gas is 40-50 cents higher than most of the rest of Nashville? Actually, we just drove through 4 states and saw nothing over 2.70. That's a 50-cent swing. Publics is across the street and I'll be going there and then get my gas from a place that doesn’t try to gouge me.

I worked at Kroger beginning in 1968 and used Kroger market for years and I have grad degrees. How can you destroy a wonderful company is amazing. First of all, in my area we have lots of seniors. Most of us are not geeks and we are lost in your digital and clipping system. It is far too complicated...with the technical ability required to use coupons. I'm lost! The kind workers are overwhelmed in helping us. We can't get through this product that is not functional for us. The NEW automated system is foolish. People go to markets to hurry and run through their purchases. It is slow... remove it. It is a wait oftime. Come out with a simple system PLEASE! Looks at your ratings

Never Will I Work For Another Kroger Company, I Feel Like I Was Not Treated Fair As An Employee, I Bought My Concerns Of My Availability To Your Attention, And She Just Took And Ran With It. I stated I Was not available to closed, and it’s not like I said I couldn’t perform my job duties, just was not able to work pass 6:00pm, and Mrs. Kelly White was rude and very unprofessional as a manager, so why should I work for a company like this who manger does not know how to talk to their employees, and before I was hired they had someone closing the deli department,

Yesterday at a Kroger store in southern Ky I had to make a product that required approval because of age restrictions, both sides of the self checkouts were being used and had people waiting I went to the only open cashier and she had just turned her light out as I approached her lane, she said “sorry I’m closed”. I had family waiting for me so I left. I know there is a worker shortage but if you would raise your starting wages and benefits there would not be this problem.

Two weeks in a row and 7th time overall. I drive 40 to 50 min to get to Lawrenceberg store. And every time they text me they are behind and to come an hour later. So here i sit their system says check in when you arrive but it blocks you from doing so. They no longer take calls to check in. My order is over $200 and i am real close to heading home. Why are customers responsible for inadequate scheduling. I test them im on my way and they still send they are beind when i am here or almost here

With all due respect, whoever designed your app needs to go back to school. Trying to fill prescriptions takes about 50 clicks and 15 different pages, and the app LOVES to log you out at random, clearing out your cart and having to go into settings to dump the cache and force stop to even be able to stay logged in and start all over. The app needs MAJOR streamlining and how about some efficient simplicity?

I’m 76 years old, and I’ve been shopping with Kroger for over 30 years, in the town I live in at this time, andOoo I’ve most the time found every thing that I’ve ever needed. There’s been times that I had to ask for help to find something I needed. I just wanted to say that my experience with the Kroger company of stores have been very enjoyable. ( Thank you ) Will Jones

Maybe the Columbia Tennessee Kroger would get a little bit better if some of the leader ship would praise the employees who are working there currently some of those employees have been there 3530 2520 years through the mess that the James Campbell Boulevard store has been for the past two years we have received no pats on the back no face-to-face thank youse the division president was in our store today and spoke with one or two or three employees which is great however it would be nice for the people who are sticking it out day after day not complaining not quitting not transferring to know that they are appreciated these employees deal with the day-to-day customers and must answer there sometimes angry comments about how poorly the store is run the cleanliness no product no employees no carts money is not everything form letters that are xeroxed don’t mean very much so please take time to think those that are still there still loyal and will continue to be loyal

Omg Kroger has it posted they close at 10 , showed up 9:50 they had already locked the doors and refused to let anyone in , employee blocking the door is yelling at another customer then all of a sudden the employees shoves the customer so customer pushes employee off and then several more employees come running and jump the customer, police were called and employee was arrested because another customer was filming the whole thing, this happened in Murfreesboro at the Kroger on south Rutherford/ lasscassa pike! All this happened because employees closed the store 20 minutes early ( per the customer who was assaulted by employee)
