This Kroger location has absolutely turned into the worst Kroger to shop at in Nashville. I have shopped here my entire time living in the area. I am disabled so the riding carts are an absolute necessity. I have watched as the carts disappear and no longer function over several months. I keep being told they are on order or that they can not get them fixed. If this were a month or so, I would digress, but this is now over a 6 month period that I watch the problem get worse. I go to other Kroger stores, and this doesn't seem to be an issue. Why should I travel across town when my store that I have used for years is literally around the corner. Get in gear and start giving back to your customers.

We try to stop at all the krogers we see.. this one was up there in one of the best ones prices was reasonably for the area..and had alot of good deals ....

Great place to get your groceries and some food to go. I just do the self check out and leave with no problem.

This Kroger is TERRIBLE. Save yourself major frustration and just don’t go. I had hopes years ago when they remodeled that it would improve. It didn’t. The reasons are wayy too many to even list though from being a mess to terrible produce to terrible service to no service at all…and you can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone. Pharmacy is the same across the board. I’d say it must begin with management. I leave mad every single time I go. I don’t know why I even try.

The pharmacist that was working on 11/2/23 in the evening refused to fill a prescription for me. I explained that I use Kroger pharmacy in La Vergne prior but that I had moved and now this location is the closes Kroger to me. The Kroger in La Vergne had my prescription ready for me since Tuesday since I take this medication every other Wednesday. I didn’t pick it up from them because I had an appointment with a specialist today and I knew they were going to make changes to the dosage. The pharmacist said it was a controlled substance and she would not fill it until tomorrow. I called the la Vergne Kroger and explained the situation to the pharmacist there and they found my new updated prescription and filled it for me. If you want to use a pharmacy who cares and who will actually take a deep look into your history visit the La Vergne Kroger pharmacy. This one couldn’t care less about you and the medications you need.

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the worst Kroger in Nashville. Don’t bother with pick up they will never get it ready. They have no employees. it’s worth driving past to the next Kroger or Publix. There is 2 Krogers that are less than 3 miles from this one. Management doesn’t care. It’s a gross Kroger. Pharmacy employees are outstanding but don’t go inside the store get your groceries else where. Not worth trying pick up. They should close it down and move the pharmacy employees to Brentwood or Nolensville!

6 lanes with nobody working them/self checkout line is 30 people deep/ prices up about 50 cents per month/ company posting record profits. There's no reason to go here anymore.

I wish if there is 0 to put as review , worst customer service department at this store . The lady that she’s working there should to treat the customers with respect and the experience as customers service representative, not to be rude to customers who’s coming to making business. Or sending money .

noticed something out of the corner of my eye, looked up at the ceiling, and noticed all throughout the store had splotches of mold on the ceiling. not shocking that a multi billion dollar company doesn’t care enough about consumers to make sure there isn’t mold around their food, but definitely worth bringing to the public’s attention.

Tre over in the pickup department is excellent to work with. This employee is always prompt in getting the groceries outside & always has a smile on his face. I've had poor experiences with other pickup experiences in the past, but Tre has convinced me to stick with it otherwise with his supreme customer service.

I sent money from here n I have to comeback to change the name of the receiver and this African American lady was the one that do it for me and as soon as she saw me walking back to her she looked at me like she don't want to see me or talk to me like I was little scare to ask her about that but I had to. before I ask she told me to call the number first Not nicly it was rude I was afraid to ask anything.
