  Always fully stocked, the cashiers are very friendly and pleasant. If you do self checkout, the gentleman who assists with license checking and register issues is so helpful and friendly. As it turns out, we were visiting from upstate NY and he and his family were born and raised in the same county/town. What a small world. He was very welcoming and we appreciate that!

  THIS KROGER HAS EVERYTHING IN IT.JUST LIKE A WALMART BUT ONLY ONE OF EVERYTHING.NOT A BUNCH OF DIFFERENT MANUFACTURERS WITH THE SAME PRODUCT . THERE'S COUPLE OF MANUFACTURERS TO EACH PRODUCT. ANYONE NEEDING ANY ITEM AND DON'T WANT TO FIGHT WALMART COULD GO HERE AND PROBABLY FIND THAT ITEM .BUT ONLY AT THIS KROGER'S STORE ONLY.

  As always they have anything that you need when it comes to groceries prices are much better than Publix you can even find mark down items friendly employees especially like the Kroger's on Gallatin Road and East Thompson Lane

  Had a security officer who works for them at this Kroger on Gallatin pike in Madison Tennessee. He followed me around and watched me throughout the store every time I came into the grocery store to shop for my family after a long day of work. I then went to ask him politely, why does he watch me every time I’m in the store shopping. He instantly got angry and hostile. He proceeded to ask me about my personal life like that mattered. I told him my personal life wasn’t any of his business & he says that it should be his business because I’m asking him questions. He then started to get aggressive talking with his hands in the air and putting his finger in my face. This is no way a ARMED SECURITY officer should act while on duty. VERY unprofessional. That’s not the bad part though. After I tried to calm the situation down the security guard starts to insult me by calling me ignorant loudly in the store with all of the customers and workers around the store. He yells out “HEY EVERYONE THIS GUY IS IGNORANT” “ THIS GUY IS IGNORANT” VERY unprofessional security. I hope this doesn’t happen to another person that just trying to shop for their family. This needs to get dealt with before it happens again to someone else.

  Consistently one of the worst Kroger’s around. There are 12 self check outs and never more than 5 open at one time, causing an always present long line. I have never seen more than 2 cashiers working in the regular line, even during peak hours. I would say 60% of all the carts are broken. Come to this Kroger if you like to shop at extremely neglected grocery stores.

  Warning: Do not purchase gift cards here. I purchased a gift card and was charged for the gift card and the money was not loaded on to the gift card despite receiving an activation slip from Kroger. It has been a month and Kroger has still not resolved the issue. This store does not answer their phones. This has been a huge inconvenience and a waste of money. 0/5.
