My favorite Kroger in the Nashville area. I drive out of my way to come here. When the other stores are uncomfortably packed, this one is full but manageable to get in and out of. The deli makes great sandwiches. I wish the produce section was a bit more spread out and easier to maneuver in. But overall I truly love coming here.

There’s a different Kroger that’s closer to my route between home and work but I drive out of my way to go to this Kroger 100% because of Mike in the meat and seafood department. I always look forward to catching up with him, good or bad day, when I shop. I hope you never lose him.

Store is dirty.
Store is not well stocked
Employees have attitudes.
Watch in horror as a customer service agent cussed out a customer in Spanish in front of me.
Rare I shop here or any Kroger.

Had what i needed, bread. Most departments low and out of stock, meat and produce in particular. Just give up Kroger close your doors, u can't compete with the new competition.

This store really makes me hate being Kroger shopper. The only reason i go here instead of Aldi is because Kroger opens much earlier. But it doesn't matter how early you open, if you don't STOCK YOUR SHELVES OVERNIGHT. Going here first thing when they open is just pointless, b/c you will be greeting by friendly faces and empty shelves.

Actually I love shopping at Kroger but my wife loves the orange-colored circus peanuts you know the marshmallow kind and Kroger doesn't carry them. About my only complaint

I used to love shopping at this store but lately a lot of items are out of stock, raspberries were moldy on the bottom of the container, meat and cream cheese have been out past the use or sell by date, and it's difficult to shop while aisles are blocked by kroger employees fulfilling online orders. The only thing that has not gotten worse is the politeness of the cashiers. At least they still have that going for them.

Guest services was awesome in the self checkout area. Very nice and courteous. Usually at other Kroger you have to wait if you have a problem with you checking out and when you do finally get someone to help they act like they don't want to help you or treat you disrespectful. Both ladies that helped me were very nice and polite and resolved my issues immediately! I can't remember their names both they both had blonde hair and friendly smiles. Good job ladies.
