My order was delivered to the wrong place. Store was no help.. called headquarters and they said that i had to shop again. Said I wouldn't receive a refund until 5 to 7 days. I asked them what would someone with a family or a senior do for food? They would not presently be able to buy food. krogers said that's our policy.

Every month I have to call the pharmacy to get my refill. They blame my doctor but it is not my doctor’s fault. I cannot understand why it happens every month……..maybe training issues bad service

Seems they are ridiculously.
Overcharging for products.
Went to the Delhi. They're ham and Turkey meat. Was any war from 11 to $17 per pound? Now you know they don't give that much for that ham, all that Turkey, so their mark app has to be extremely high. What is wrong with people these days? People cannot afford to even eat anymore. Sad sad sad world. We live in, but people are stupid.Enough to keep paying the high prices

I have been shopping at this location since there was the big CVS next store. Kroger absorbed the space and put in the hot food deli and expanded the bakery and deli. This location is always clean and brightly lit, everything just seems fresher. Check out lines vary per time of day and day of week, as expected these days. There are 2 self Check out lanes that have the standard conveyor belt set up so you can unload a full cart yourself, if you are so inclined. Full service American Supermarket at it's best.

Deli workers are extremely rude. Better to go to Mt Juliet or Donelson. This store is terrible.
