Incredibly slow service. There’s never more than two lanes open. Once the cashier accidentally charged my groceries to the person in front of me (didn’t close their order) and when I told them they insisted I paid for the groceries! Even though they couldn’t/wouldnt refund the wronged customer. So they got twice the money for all the groceries. No apology or anything

This location value their customers and delivers great customer service. I used Instacart for the first time and that service was absolutely amazing and seamless. Darshana delivered my groceries with a smile, promptness, and kindness. Thanks Team Kroger!!!

When you put the incorrect items and label as clearance, the price should be honored. 1) It is not the customers fault of Krogers inability to place tags and items in the correct spots. 2) SCO host could care less about customer satisfaction. No offer to honor the price nor an apology. 3) Price scan differences are the norm. The worst part is that I wasted my time trying to find the correct price. Once again it is not the consumer’s fault for store errors. I don’t blame the team members. This falls on management. Train better. Do better.

I've found mold on blueberries after only a few days in my house. The person in charge of the produce dropped the ball. this is unacceptable.

The staff that answer the phones here are HORRIBLE. Older lady literally hung up on me because I was kindly asking her to help me resolve an issue with them giving me the wrong order and she didn’t want to deal with it. She could not care less and was RUDE for no reason. She should be fired immediately.

Man was helping people on seafood department seems to have racial mentality, we was at counter to buy some seafood so he saw us but another person which was not in line came up and the helper served him before us and on top of that he weighted the merchants with a heavy cardboard and paper the same item I paid $6.50 the day before he charged me $10.50 at the time and cleary my teenage daughter upset about gentlemen behavior .

My final GoodBye. Hello Publix. This Kroger lacks Customer Service and Leadership. The store welcomes you with a fowl smelly odor. All departments close at 3 p.m. Slim pickings until Saturday around 1 pm. Restocking during peak business hours only on Saturdays. Customer Service is NEVER open. All employees on their phones. Check out is a joke, 1 lane open and 5 self check outs. Who and Where are the Manager(s)? Just horrible. I tried. Emailing the folks in Ohio for Help.

I've been here 2 days in a row trying to speak with the customer service booth and there hasn't been anyone there. When I asked yesterday at 4:30pm the girl said "I'm not sure if we'll have anyone, if we do it'll be after 6:30pm." And when I asked today at 9:10am the last said, there should be someone there around 9:30am or 10:00am. What kind of business is this? Are there not set business operating hours!?

This store always has broken self check-out registers! These registers are constantly not taking valid coupons, and they do not charge the correct price for a lot of items. They also run out of reciept tape often, and they have glitches with the cards giving errors right and left!! To top off all this, some of the clerks who work these registers have very bad attitudes towards the customer who needs help with these horrible Kroger registers!! It is NOT the customers fault, but Krogers for allowing the registers to be so glitchy and being too cheap to service them!! I avoid this Kroger store as much as possible and would not recommend shopping there. Publix is around the corner and has nice staff and working self check-out!!
