This store always has broken self check-out registers! These registers are constantly not taking valid coupons, and they do not charge the correct price for a lot of items. They also run out of reciept tape often, and they have glitches with the cards giving errors right and left!! To top off all this, some of the clerks who work these registers have very bad attitudes towards the customer who needs help with these horrible Kroger registers!! It is NOT the customers fault, but Krogers for allowing the registers to be so glitchy and being too cheap to service them!! I avoid this Kroger store as much as possible and would not recommend shopping there. Publix is around the corner and has nice staff and working self check-out!!

I have used their pick up service at this location a hand full of times... they forgot produce in one of my orders and I never got reimbursed and they gave me bad produce another time, which I ended up composting because I cut into it "just to make sure". I buy organic to avoid pesticides and other bad for your health toxins. FOOD IS EXPENSIVE!!! regardless of the quality food you buy.A service shouldn't be offered if you're not going to conduct the service to the standard of the customer. If the object of setting up pick up service is to scam customers out of their money and to get rid of bad produce you'd otherwise have to throw away, I guess you're succeeding. It's pretty bad that corporations have come to figure out how to eliminate humans where possible, i.e. only 2 clerks at the registers during peak times?! and yet they're able to hire humans to half hazardly grocery shop for paying loyal customers. I know standards are dead but if we can't even have standards any more, why have "better" more "helpful" options to begin with??I am just saying. If you're going to shop for customers, why not act like your the paying customer and give them the quality of food they would shop for in the first place. How much effort does it take?? I'd be happy to sit just a little longer to get the quality I am paying for.

Normally, I enjoy this branch, but at 7pm on a Sunday there was only one cashier for a lot of people.

This Kroger never ever has more than 2 cashiers working and the rest of the customers have to go through self checkout. You would think that with the price of groceries being what they are they could at least adequately staff the store.

Not my favorite grocery store in the Nashville vicinity. Selections are always great and shelves are always stocked, but customer service is generally on the off-putting/rude side, which is disappointing. I do love the location! It's quite clean inside! But customer service rules the game for me.... If y'all up the game on that, I'll up my opinion in a hot minute.

I love the selection, but this Kroger is under staffed, and whomever decided to pack the carts in backwards should re-examine their decision. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve mashed my fingers trying to get a cart out.

I needed help at guest services and no was there. I ask the lady that was normally there and she say other staff was on break and would take up to 30 minutes bc she was at a register. When I asked her, she did not have no customers so she could have helped me if she wanted to. So rude. Also, you can also ring people up at guest services…you don’t need to be at register to ring people up and also there was plenty of self checkout open. I was definitely not waiting and took my business to Walmart.

The level of incompetency that these particular employees show is extraordinary. Upon my scheduled arrival tonight for my grocery pickup and checking in online, I waited 15 minutes before calling the number up on the sign. After three failed attempts, I called the main number to the store. I was informed that pickup was closed (though I arrived at the beginning of my 30 minute arrival window). When I informed the person at the desk that I had already been charged and to help me problem-solve what to do, the employee laughed & put me on hold abruptly to "go get a manager." I then went inside and was met by a man named Harold. Harold quickly called me over to tell me that there was nothing they could do. When asking Harold for assistance in problem-solving the same issue, Harold became aggressive, postured his at least 6'5" frame on top of me, accused me of constantly interrupting him & recording him (which I wasn't?), and told me to leave. Coincidentally, the store manager, Norman, then arrived and informed me that he had no way into the store pickup system & that no one had picked my groceries anyways - which was confusing as to why the manager had no access to the system. When offering to pick the groceries myself since I was already charged, I was confused to learn that they wouldn't let me do that either. Then, as I was leaving dejectedly to deal with problem-solving it the next day, the manager ran back out & stated that he found someone in the back who could get into the system. After another 20 minutes, the groceries arrived - with many of the items missing, incorrect, and even broken. I decided to take my loss, and go home for the night. I feel as if a full refund is deserved and that this employee was extremely unprofessional.

We will not be going to this Kroger location any longer. We’ve been shopping at this location for 6 years but in recent months, the staff has become extremely lazy, rude, unhelpful, the list goes on. We’ve written it off as just a bad day but it’s been more of the same every time we shop so we’re calling it a loss and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Lately it smells awful in this store. I don’t know if the septic is messed up but it’s been unbearable.

Lazy employees. The man running the self checkout didn’t want to do a price check and told me to go to guest service after I check out. So I asked if he could remove the items. He told me to do it myself. So I voided the items which it only let me do one at a time. He had to come back twice to approve it. Which he took his sweet time. He could have just did a one and done and voided them himself but he did it the lazy way which clogged up the self checkout line.

The pharmacy has very limited hours with a 1.5hr - 2hr luchbreak in the middle of the work day. Then, most of the time, the drive-through isn't open, and I have ended up going inside.

This place is always out of stock of so many things. There’s a Publix’s across the street that is so much better. However, this Kroger has a bit better pricing.
