The pharmacy tech with the strong accent told me she could not run my prescription through workers comp because it was a pain in the ass, even thought I had all the information needed to do so. I ended up paying out of pocket money that will not be reimbursed to me since she did not feel like doing her job. Thanks Kroger pharmacy !
Publix does a much better job and they are much nicer.

Why are they letting their employees smoke in front of the store? Gross. Last thing anyone wants is to inhale smoke as they walk into a store. They need to go out behind the store and smoke by the dumpsters/cargo area.

The male at the self checkout was very friendly and down to earth. I haven’t seen him there the last few times I shopped here, I hope he comes back. I think his name is Dennis.

Check the expiration date on your food. They will sell you expired food. The shelves are riddled with things out of date. We found yogurt 3 months past it's date. And now pasta 1 month past. All bought within the last week.

I shop at Kroger for the prices and the gas points. This store is generally well kept and well stocked hence the 4 stars. My issue is check-out. I am a new mom, often with my baby in tow while I shop. We moms are quite capable, we get it done, but it’s frustrating to not have assistance with bagging over and over. And I never get asked if I need help outside. Loading the car is the hardest part with my baby strapped to my chest.
Last week 8/23, I did have bagging assistance, great, but he bagged my raw chicken with boxes of pasta. When I got home, the boxes of pasta were coated with some nice chicken juice. I usually ask for my raw meat to be bagged separately in plastic, though, as a former cashier and bagger myself, I feel this is just common sense. I was distracted this time and clearly this bagger wasn’t paying attention either.
Today, 8/30 was most frustrating as I had neither help bagging nor help to my car. Even more irritating was noticing two associates standing at the front watching me bag my groceries with a baby strapped to my chest. Again, I am capable, but this is what Publix has on y’all and why I take the occasional Publix break. I expect, to continue to be regular patron of your store, to be offered assistance on a more regular basis, especially when I am noticeably in need of help.
Four stars also because your cashier, Rob, is wonderful. He is pleasant, talkative, efficient and remembers you at check-out. These things matter and you should hire more people like Rob.

Smart shopping here. Gotta shop smart these days. Kroger has great deals, digital coupons, and the monthly packet of coupons. I visit a few different grocery stores and it pays off.

I work here full time and we are very well stocked and most people here are very friendly and helpful.
I've seen a lot of complaints about our doors being locked before 10, but that's because the doors by the pharmacy and Little clinic are open and the main entrance is closed for security.

Pickup is awful , there have been numerous times where we were missing groceries, given bad fruit/vegetables and had trouble picking up our orders . We were scheduled to pickup at 6 then told to come back in an hour , we came back then we’re told once again to come back it still wasn’t ready. We’ve even had them call 15 minutes before pickup and cancel a 300+$ order. Awful awful experience!

This is a well stocked and kept store. Linda in floral is so helpful each visit. I ask her questions as I have seen many others do, and she always has an answer and will escort you where you need to be or to the person you need for assistance. ?

Shoutout to manager Tim! Everytime I come in the store he’s on a checkout helping out his team or sometimes he’s the only one on a checkout still giving 100%. Give that man a raise!

It's 9:47pm and they already had the doors closed. I traveled from centerville to shop. Thanks for wasting my time.

Was able to find what I needed and the store was neat and organized. Had a weird experience at self check out, the older gentleman who appeared to be managing the self check out grabbed my card from me while I was checking out and insisted on inserting it for me (the wrong way and ignored me when I said it was upside down) and pressed all of the buttons for me. Made me uncomfortable, won’t be returning to this location
