Okay I was in and out in maybe 15 minutes. Best LabCorp I've been in in terms of efficiency and speed. Highly recommended.

i did a walk-in for a pre employment drug screening. i was in and out within 20 minutes. Jalesia was great! very kind, personable, and professional.

Antoinette is a true professional. When I went to get my labs done today, she was the only one working and ran the place so efficiently. She was kind, patient, but fast! Great experience, can’t recommend her enough.

Went there 1 hour early for an appointment. They got me in early with only a short wait. Melissa was awesome, didn't feel a thing. Extremely nice and accommodating. I have used this location several times now and always the same great service.

I had an appointment at 10:45. Only one other person in the lobby when I arrived. I had to use the restroom and heard a tech talking in the back. A person exited the back and I caught the door. As I walked by the lab room I saw the tech 2ho was just chatting it up with the patient. I had to interrupt (he saw me and didn't acknowledge me). I used the restroom - which had just a trickle of water coming out of the faucet? How sanitary is that? Then went back out to the lobby and asked the lady who was helping the folks waiting in the lobby. I asked her if I was in the system. She said yes and someone would invite me back shortly. It was 30 minutes before I was called back and blood drawn. I'm not used to it taking 30 minutes when I have a scheduled appointment. At other lab services I've used I am typically out in 10 minutes or so. People were nice.

Staff are nice and it's always been pretty quick (in the morning at least, with an appointment). Melissa is fast and nice. No issues.

Made an appointment, left work to come 15 minutes early and the place was closed. Called costumer service, they were "working" from home in Florida, and sent me to a different location apologizing that they didn't call to tell me the location was closed. After standing in line for 45 minutes at the new location, they told me they didn't have the equipment to do the test. I called customer service again, they sent me to the same location again that did not have the equipment. I called customer service again, they hung up, twice.
This company is worthless, from top to bottom.

Made an appointment, arrived and this is on the door, no phone call, email, text or even an address where I can go, Labcorp number is just billing.

Due to all the negative reviews I feel compelled to leave a review after having a fantastic experience yesterday. I scheduled an appointment for 7:45AM for a pre-employment drug screening the night prior. I arrived to the facility shortly before 7:15AM, and was able to check in via my cellphone. The facility opened promptly at 7:30AM. I went inside and within two minutes was greeted by Melissa, who was ready to perform my drug screening. I was in and out in a matter of 10 minutes. Melissa was friendly, professional, and efficient!
My takeaway is schedule an appointment for as early as possible, be punctual, be prepared with the needed paperwork/information, and last but not least be ready to pee!

Showed up for an 8:30 appointment just to find a note on the door saying they’re unexpectedly closed. I was not contacted prior in order to reschedule or just to let me know not to come. Now I’ve wasted time off work due to their screw up and will have to get my labs done elsewhere - taking more time off work to do so.
