Le Labo offers a great and wonderful experience with a beautiful, super cute store setup. The staff is very kind, sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, and excellent, with the best energy. They expertly guide customers to find the right scent, with every scent curated to your liking. The products, including perfumes, lotions, hand creams, and rinse less hand gel, are hydrating and caused no irritation. Customers loved their experience, became obsessed with scents, and look forward to enjoying their purchases and future products.

Kamren was amazing during my visit, even though I was a difficult, indecisive customer.
I tried emailing the store to give kudos but my email was returned with a server error.

Le Labo was a great experience. Every scent is curated to your liking.
The lotions were hydrating and in my personal experience, I did not feel any irritation after use.
The staff member on the clock was very kind, sweet, and knowledgeable. She knew the products well.
