The order was made wrong. The one that was supposed to have whip cream didn't, and the one that was ordered without whip cream was full of it. The sundae tasted like all syrup, with very little ice cream, and the peanut butter cups were generic. Waaay overpriced and don't even get to keep the cup!

So me and my homegirls went last night and let’s just say! WASTE OF MONEY! Milkshakes look good just don’t have a taste! I felt like I was drinking colorful milk! They were nice as far as the customer service, but not worth it at all! The bathroom smelled like someone shouldn’t have ate dairy.

The atmosphere is very homely and family-friendly. The staff are very helpful in walking you through all of your options and making sure you're not allergic to any of the ingredients. My issue is the price point of their shakes 18-20 bucks for a cookie and cremé shake did catch me off guard.Overall it's very quaint but tread carefully.

Took over 30 minutes to get two shakes. 4 employees in the store and only one actually making orders. The food was fine but not worth the wait or price.

This tastes terrible, someone please give me some history on why it’s popular. Let me start by saying the ppl are nice and they bring your ice-cream to your table. If you have taste buds you’ve been warned (don’t say I didn’t warn ya)The whip tastes like chalk with an artificial sweetener aftertaste. The ice-cream wasn’t creamy( very bland) If you want to go somewhere just to say you have been then go here for this, to take a picture BUT Dairy Queen is better and cheaper.

A really cool experience.The cashier who took my order was smiling, which was appreciated.As I couldn't make up my mind (everyone looked at me) I let him choose for me. I did well, very good choice.The milkshakes are really good and the flavors combine well.

Way too slow for the 8 workers staffed. Good milkshakes but undertrained staff. For a $20 milk shake this place is embarrassing for 30 min wait. We also had to sit at a uncleaned table for 20 min.

Recommended to us as a Nashville attraction. Party of four arrived weeknight evening. Walked in. Not a lot of patrons, no wait to be served, however filled up quickly after us, with queued wait time. Service prompt and friendly. Self-service seating. Specialty shake floats were big and great tasting. Would visit again.

Clean and friendly enough staff, can be expensive, 8oz is 13 dollars, but you are getting a pretty good treat.

Ordered a simple milk shake.They served several costumers that came in after me. I asked about my order. Manager hooked me up with a awesome strawberry shake and a free glass. Highly recommended ?
