Our server was so lovely. He was helpful and attentive. He even gifted us a dessert because he could tell how little we enjoyed our meal. We ordered small plates as suggested. A number of vegetables and one larger plate. Unfortunately every single one of these dishes was refrigerator cold, without notice. This included our mussels, which we were served only 4 of in a bed cold sand-like breadcrumbs. The food quality didn’t align with the price point.($100 per person at least including a cheaper bottle of wine). We did however get a great bottle wine suggested by our server. And the desserts were surprisingly fantastic, which we were learned were brought in by a different chef. I highly suggest if you decide to go asking questions about the dishes. All in all would never return.

The dining experience here was different as far as the food is concerned. It was alright. The best thing on their menu is that crazy pancake. Great service.

Fine dining in a cozy place. We've got to go back and sit on the back porch.

Everything was delightful here - food, vibes, staff. I’m still thinking about the pancake months later.

Not a fan. No cocktails, beer and wine only. Limited menu, $8 bread and butter, salmon appetizer made me sick all evening.

Very simple but original yummy dishes with a very on point staff. The decor is very crate and barrel ish with some fun papered walls giving it a nice vibe. The prices are actually relatively reasonable compared to other hipster spots in

First time at the Lou while visiting a friend in Nashville. Per her recommendation, brunch was best and we had time get the chocolate maple and buckwheat pancake. It did not disappoint. Rich flavor with a custard like center. Wouldn't eat as my whole meal because I love savory dishes, but definitely get as a table pancake!Crispy potato w/confit mushroomsBreakfast sandwich- one of each option Everything was delicious and probably could have done with just one breakfast sandwich + pancake or crispy potato, but sometimes you need to try all the things. Space is small, but quaint so be sure to get reservations for high traffic times.

Lou Nashville was absolutely unbelievable. My wife and I went here on a double date on a recent trip to Nashville. The ambience and decor of the little bungalow was very welcoming. We shared six or seven small plates and everything was well composed, delicious, and actually a larger serving than I would have expected. We ended up skipping the second course because we were so satisfied with the small plates. The service was outstanding as well.

Coming to Lou for brunch was such an incredible culinary experience. Suggested by a fellow Yelp elite, I finally understand the craze of this place! There is very limited parking on the premises here, but I was lucky to be able to snag a spot. I highly recommend making reservations before coming in here! It's in a old home that was converted to a restaurant, so it's definitely more cozy and upscale vibes.I got three dishes. They are small plates that are made for everyone to share, so I recommend you doing the same. Jammy Eggs (3/5): These are alright, but pretty average soft boiled eggs. I would skip this.Verlaso Lox (3/5): I loved the chilis but again, not too flavorful so I would skip.Fennel Rubbed Bacon (5/5): I'm still dreaming about this. I have never in my life had bacon that tasted so amazing. Please get this! It will blow your mind.Toast with Honey Cream Fraiche (5/5): Who knew toast could be so amazing? The honey cream fraiche really elevates this dish to new heights!Lamb Breakfast Sandwich (5/5): The lamb was perfectly soft and well cooked. The textures and flavors both in the sandwich and side salsa pulled the dish together! I loved it! Chocolate Maple and Buckwheat Pancake (5/5): If you're Bengali and have a malpoa, this has a similar taste. The outside is hard and the inside is so soft. Not your typical pancake but a great one nonetheless! I had an amazing time here. This is the spot for any foodie to come by and check out!

Amazing amazing brunch!!! Chocolate maple buckwheat pancakes are insane. It is just one big fluffy crispy piece of pancake, covered in chocolatey maple syrup. The texture and taste is impossible! Too good. The breakfast sandwich with nduja sausage was also insanely flavorful. Bursting with savory combination of flavors. Service is quick and very friendly. Cool atmosphere too.
