This store is not affiliated with the Big Box Store, Lowe's. They do not have anything new that is scratch and dent like at a real Lowe's. I went to real Lowe's Outlet in Greeneville SC and you could use your Lowe's credit card. Here on Lebanon road is a store with a similar name. They sell used stoves, washers, dryers, refrigerators. Just don't want you to make the drive and it not be what you expected.

Not a real Lowe's Outlet, not run by the big box store Lowe's. This place sells used stoves, washers, dryers, and refrigerators. Nothing is new that is scratch and dent like the real Lowe's Outlet in Greeneville SC where you can use your Lowe's credit card. Didn't want you to waste your time if that is what you are needing.

Total incompetence. Tried to schedule my used appliances to be donated, the guy tells me "just call the day before and I'll come". In my head I thought it was strange they don't use any scheduling system whatsoever. So I waited another week until it was actually the day before, only to be told "we are booked tomorrow, can't do it until Monday". Terrible customer service, Would not recommend.

So far this place checks out to be a nice and honest one. We bought a used washer here as our old one broke down as soon as we moved to our new house so we were in need of a new one. Doing laundry outside of home with a kid it's not fun or convenient, I know, first world problem, but it's a hassle to juggle (props to you who do it by choice) and this place really made it easy for my husband and I to make a decision. We did some research, checked out new washers and decided that an used washer was the best fit for us at the moment and this place was the best used appliance store we found. You get a 30 day limited warranty with your purchase. They offer to come and fix any problems that may occurred during that 30 days period as well at not cost. They also will return your money if they can't fix it. All of these can change any time I'm sure. Locally owned and have been in business for over 20 years. Prices are reasonable and competitive for used washers and dryers. So if you're in the market for used washer and dryer come check them out. PS: this is a very tricky/hard entrance to get in/out if you're coming/going opposite side of where the store is. The store is right across the street from the Thorntons gas station on the Lebanon Road side. It's between the printing store and the auto shop. The store is at the bottom of the building that has the business name on. You'll see a small sign letting you know. Take the alley driveway down and you'll see it to the left. Watch out :)
