I purchased a new refrigerator with free installation. They were unable to install the refrigerator because they forgot a part they needed then told me it would be at least a week before they could get someone back out to complete the job. So my new refrigerator isn't hooked up and is sitting in the middle of my kitchen, I called the manager at Lowe's to discuss the issue. He informed me that he did not need me as a customer and that if I wanted it done faster maybe I should call Angie's list. Needless to say I will not be doing business with Lowe's anymore. I hope this review helps others make their purchasing decisions.

I have shopped here a few times earlier in the day, but not so sure I'll be back. Per Google, this location closes at 10pm. I probably walked in about 8:55pm. There were plenty of other customers pulling up and shoppers browsing as I entered.I was looking for one specific thing and figured I could find it on my own since I knew they'd be closing soon. I felt like I was getting close, and there were two workers on my route so I asked for them to just point me in the right direction. They were unsure what I was referring to, so they asked another team member for assistance. I walked a couple of aisles down as we waited in hopes of finding it, but it seemed that a guy was on his way to assist so the original workers that I spoke to called me back.So I headed back that way, and the guy yelled something that I couldn't make out. I sped up to let him know that I couldn't hear him, but he turned around and walked away. I asked the guys if he was addressing me, but they just looked disgusted and offended and told me not to worry about it. They asked another man who helped me immediately and then informed me that they were closed. I apologized for the inconvenience and thanked him for his help.On my way out, I asked the two guys for the name of the first guy that yelled at me. Now that I understood what was happening, I had put together that he had yelled "we're closed!". They said they thought his name was "Dave or something." I actually tried to spot him on my way out to confirm, but found Shelly instead. Or maybe I should say that Shelly found me? Might have been Sherry?Either way, she walks up to me as I'm headed to the door and asks "you still in here when we're closed?" I motioned at the door that was like 10ft away from where she stopped me and explained that I was on my way out and then asked her if a Dave works here. She confirmed that he was the manager and his name was David. She explained that she'd have to let me out. I said "oh, okay thanks. But, for the record, and you can let David know this too, Google says that you guys close at 10pm." She replies "We know. We've told them to take it down. We don't control google."Start here for the cliff notes:In summary:I came in at about 8:55pm under the impression that they closed in an hour.I was never greeted nor informed that they'd be closing or were closing at 9pm until I spoke with the gentleman that helped me (wish I caught his name).David, who is apparently the manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I truly hope that he is not the type of leadership of which Lowes approves.Sherry was just unprofessional. I legit thought we knew each other the way she approached me. She also seemed confused which could come off as rude, but I don't think it was intended to be (could totally be wrong, but I try not to judge).Super disappointed in the customer service with them tonight. As I was leaving a couple with a car full of kids were also misled on the closing time. If your store is aware of the false advertising, why respond so negatively to the people attempting to spend money with you? It's one thing for inexperienced workers to respond impatiently with a customer, but a manager to have a tantrum like that is an embarrassment. Do better.

Terrible customer service, will leave you waiting for 30min after pressing the help needed button and asking 2 employees. Just ignore you and screw around on their phones. Avoid, used to shop here regularly but will drive further to HD and avoid Lowes from now on

Terrible service in the Lowe's pro/MVP check out line. This specific location can only keep one register open wether they have one or 30 clients in line. As I'm writing this review I've been waiting 30 minutes while I have a time sensitive job that needs done. Terrible service

Went to find a replacement for our shower head. Asked the worker for assistance; he let us know the 1/2 inch bolts would fit any shower they were all the same. We got home and figured out not all sizes fit all. Second trip we were able to figure out what we needed. A little frustrating but we got it taken care of and it's a learning experience.

If 0 stars were an option that would be the more accurate response. Worst place you could ever possibly go to buy a fridge or do any type of delivery service with this company. Worst possible customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not sure if it’s just the location but I’m never doing business with this unorganized company again. It took numerous times for my fridge to get delivered just for them to tell me we have to reschedule because the workers don’t know or don’t want to do their job to their fullest potential.

Really nice people in the appliance department. They helped us pick out everything that we needed. Extremely knowledgeable. Very helpful when it came to arranging the delivery date. Great employees reflect amazing Management. GREAT TEAM.

they expected me to wait at the check outwhile a Latino did some more shopping in tools and he had to get him and his buddy a redbull to drink. then my wife was checking out at the main cashier area. they made her use self check out cause no other cashier was working.lowes just lost my business for life.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Watch out for shady practices at this Lowes!! Here are pics of a mulch display. The $3.33 price applies to a couple of pallets of mulch that are surrounded by 15-20 pallets of higher priced products. Naturally I selected the wrong ones and was surprised by the price at checkout. When I pointed out the problem, they were happy to point out MY mistake but wouldn't bother to even look at the misleading display. I can't imagine how many customers are falling for the bait and switch here

I always have a good experience when I go in lowe's Donna helped me at the self checkout this morning she was very attentive and respectful to all of the customers. She thanked me for coming to Lowe's and when I realized I forgot something and had to go back I asked her to cancel my transaction and she replied "oh no problem" with a smile. I know these days it can be hard working in customer service so Donna Shout out to you for a great job and being so courteous!!

Terrible terrible experience for my first expensive purchase from online and this store. Firstly, you will never get a hold of anyone from this store via phone call. Might as well delete the number and provide your inquiries via mail or email. Secondly, they had an item listed as “in-stock” when clearly it isn’t. If it was, I would’ve gotten my order maybe 2 weeks ago. Then they give you a run around with “we need an assembly team to put it together “blah blah blah”! How about assemble a solid team to run this store and assemble a working phone and hire someone to answer the calls. Maybe start there. I will never ever recommend Lowe’s online for mower purchases or any expensive purchases. Lastly, you will not get an apology or some type of compensation for the mess. Very unprofessional. Take y’all’s money elsewhere.

POOR COMMUNICATION! I was supposed to have a mower delivered at the house today (6/14/2023) between 1-4pm. No calls or updated emails from LOWE’S on my order so I called around 5:30pm only to find out that the product wasn’t even assembled yet. Tried calling the store but no one is answering the phone. I still don’t know when they’ll assemble the mower or when I’ll be receiving it. Extremely unprofessional and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Last time I’ll be buying from this company. If it wasn’t for the discount I received from a family member, I would’ve taken my money to HOME DEPOT.

The worst Lowes store ever. The associates turn their faces the other direction the minute they realize somebody needs help or coming towards them. A lady was waiting for good 15 minutes at the paint stall and nobody bothered to offer help until I called the associates. Associates dont know their heads from their toes. The place looks like they have employees but not management or leadership.Home Depot it is for me for now.
