Katie was so helpful at the customer service desk. I had issues with an online order and had to be accommodated in store. She was extremely helpful over the phone and I actually caught her as she was leaving work for the day and instead of rushing out the door she stayed to make sure I was taken care of. Always always appreciate friendly, helpful service from a business. You rock, Katie!

I am sharing this review to warn people of the customer service I have gotten from Lowe’s in Madison, TN. I had ordered a Pella sliding door and a front storm door my front door. Ordering went smoothly as expected. Lowe’s uses an outside company to do their installs. Doors came in and installers came out to put in doors. After the doors were installed it came to our attention that the slider had damage done to it during shipping. And the front door lock mechanism for the storm door did not work correctly. The company said no problem, we took pictures and will send them to Lowe’s and get another door on the way asap. Weeks went by before I finally contacted Lowe’s. They had no idea what I was talking about. Got told I needed to talk to someone above them. Finally was able to get ahold of someone that I felt could make something happen. She said she would take care of it. Eventually got a call that they needed to come out and take pictures of the damage to the door. I informed them that pictures were already taken. She said we have no record of pictures being taken. So I missed another morning of work to sit at my house to wait for someone to get pictures. Appointment was in between 9 and 11. Got a call about 10:30 and they said oh we have the pictures no one will be coming out to take pictures. Am told that the door is now on order. Door finally came in last week and the appointment was set for today between 9 and 11. And yet no one ever showed up and no one will answer the phone. Apparently I’ve made the mistake by shopping at Lowe’s. Will never happen again!! Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life!!
And I tried to call Lowe’s customer service after they requested I call and sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting on someone to talk to, it’s obvious they’re not concerned!!

I purchased an Ego mower 2 days ago. Took the battery out of the box dead. Would not charge. I took it back to the store hoping to get another battery. Offered no option except full refund. I asked if there was a cart or someone to help with the 80lb mower..told Carts are all the way in the back. Asked for manager. Didn’t say hello, offer an apology, just stood there while I said I would never buy anything from Lowe’s again. Then just walked off like he could have cared less. I meant what I said. I will never shop at Lowe’s again and I encourage you not to either unless bad customer service and lowsy products are your thing.
