Angela at this Maaco is the best around the whole town. She helped me out tremendously with my auto accident. My insurance and the repair shop they recommended was trying to put me into a financial downfall. Angela was the one who saved me! Was way cheaper and my car looks brand new again. I will definitely be taking my car back if I have any more accidents. I can’t thank her and Maaco enough for the job they did on my car and her especially for saving my car. I will definitely be sending more people her way!!

great service , fast friendly and budget friendly! But they did manage to leave some overspray on my hood that they were supposed to get off and never did . but overall i 10/10 recommend them for your vehicle paint needs ! I’ll be returning in the future .

Angela was SO helpful in getting my claim sorted out and also helping me fix a couple more spots on my truck. She was communicative, was able to fit me in reasonably quick, and my vehicle was done (and beautiful!) the day she said it would be.
Its nice to know good people who run their business the right way. I’ll recommend them to everyone I know!

The hood of my bummer was all that was to be repainted. Previous hood paint job which was done I March l think bubbled up after almost two months. Hood looks great currently but l noticed that there is overspray across the lower bumper that is a light shade of purple. Now it’s partially black and purple.

On February 28, 2025, I paid your shop $5,711 for auto repair services. After picking up my
vehicle, I discovered that a pair of metal pliers had been left inside the engine compartment,
specifically within the cooling fan area. This serious oversight directly endangered the vehicle’s
operation and my personal safety.
In addition, your staff ordered the wrong replacement parts, forcing me to pay out of pocket for the correct components so my vehicle could be properly repaired elsewhere. This caused me
unnecessary expenses, time loss, and frustration. I have photographic proof of the tool left in the engine bay and have had the vehicle evaluated by
a V olkswagen-certified technician, who confirmed that the negligence posed a serious risk.
According to the expert, if I had continued driving, the tool could have:

Destroyed the cooling fan
●
Caused severe engine damage or fire
●
Led to total vehicle shutdown while in motion
These are not hypothetical outcomes. This was dangerously negligent work.
After calling the shop the owner Derrick only offered to refund me $700 and the assistant Stephanie had the nerve to state that this issue wasn’t life threatening. The shop is now refusing to give me a full refund. A car can be replaced but my life can’t. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE.

I called and was promptly invited to come in for an estimate. Upon arrival, I was quickly assisted and presented with three replacement mirror options. I was informed that while the used mirror had a specified color, an exact match could not be guaranteed. However, the employee assured me that they could paint the mirror if the color did not match. The installation was completed efficiently, and I have experienced no issues with the mirror since.

I was referred to this Maaco location after receiving an eyeball-blistering estimate from a luxury-car-brand-authorized body shop. I had the usual scrapes one gets to the front corners after years spent trying to fit a large car into small spaces. I was told Maaco was affordable and did good work. I am so thankful that I listened. Maaco gave me a great estimate, got my car on their schedule quickly and the work looks beautiful. I especially want to give a shout out to estimator Angela. She was a real pleasure to deal with - good communicator, knowledgeable, principled and confidence-inspiring.
