I bought a watch for my girlfriend a few weeks back and wanted to get it sized from the jewelry section. The lady behind the counter asked me for a receipt. While I was looking through emails, she was seemingly accusing me lying that I bought the watch there. This was a big purchase for me and she was extremely disrespectful and rude. We will taking our business elsewhere in the future.

I normally have a great experience shopping at any Macy's, but my recent visit was ruined by a staff member with a bad attitude. I believe her name was Robin. You shouldn't work at a clothing store if you hate the customers.

Every time I walk in this store ....which is not very often for this reason, IF you can find anyone to help. I bought something online and they sent me the wrong item. I went to return the item and literally while I was standing in line the place was robbed! The poor lady working started yelling "help!" To no avail. She asked, do we have security? No one ever came. . Now I'm too scared to go in this store.

I ordered a couch from this Macy's on Labor Day weekend 2020. On that date the salesperson informed me that delivery will take 12-14 weeks due to COVID issues. That would've put my order in around Thanksgiving 2020. I received my second notification today that my order is being pushed back to not even arrive in their warehouse until 01/02/2021. Nearly 17 weeks after ordering the merchandise. I only recommend ordering furniture from this Macy's if you're planning for a half a year out. The customer service of my original salesperson is nonexistent- no response and basically cut off communication after receiving my credit card info.

I bought a $400 bracelet here and then had to return it because the clasp kept opening. It was under warranty so it shouldn't have been a problem. I had to go to multiple service desks before reaching the jewelry section, because oddly the store is set up to only accept jewelry returns in the jewelry section. This is really inconvenient considering how many levels there are, it not a small store. I stood in the jewelry section for over 10 minutes looking for a cashier. A woman came up to help two other ladies but ignored me. I had to go up and ask where I could do returns and she just grunted "here." She barely spoke to me aside from asking if I took the tags off (I hadn't). I guess I wasn't dressed nice enough to get treated like a customer. I'll go to a real jewelry store next time, at least I won't be treated rudely and have to search through a maze to find service.

I was in dire need of work pants. We travel A LOT. I went in to Macy's and bought my regular Levi 511. Went off to work. The pant jean was different than the pairs I had bought in the past. I love 2 hours away. Took me a couple weeks to bring them back. So I brought them in worn and they admitted Levi uses jeans from a variety of countries but wouldn't refund my money. They wouldn't even credit my account for a new purchase. Not to mention the lady behind the counter asking me "You have clothes right!?" AS IF ... the treatment I got today was a zero and if I could tell everyone I would. Also, I came here two weeks ago to buy a bed. I was ready to spend over 3500.00. Macy's doesn't deliver. So I was calling people to see a friend who could accept my bed delivery. They should be ashamed of themselves. Especially on a large purchase. Epic failure. So I went to another store and bought a better brand bed for more and it's in my home now and VERY COMFY. No thanks to Macy's. No wonder they're always chapter 14. Piss on this

Why oh WHY did I ever order anything online at Macy's? I ordered an item for my daughter. I got to the end of the order and it said my credit card was declined. I called customer service for help. They said they saw where I had TRIED to order it and would place the order for me. Guess what? We got TWO of the same thing. And guess what else? My credit card was charged two times. After 3 days of calling, the resolution is that they will remove the bogus charge that was THEIR fault when they pick up the item with UPS (and of course, it will take 10 days to see the credit on my card.) As of right now, we haven't heard from UPS to come and get the damn thing. Another lesson learned! Amazon would have bent over backwards to get this right. Macy's will never get my business again!
