I am very happy to live here, every time I make a maintenance request they complete it as quickly as possible. The truth is that until now I have no complaints and I hope it continues to be that way.

Ridiculously expensive. The rent may look cheap but when they add their sewage fee, trash, water etc at the end of the month you’re paying like $200 more! The bathrooms, walls, floors etc are old looking and needs alot of work!! Just not worth living here!!

Visited the complex recently, buffey the manager was very polite and helpful with her knowledge if the property. She answered all my questions, and I hope to be getting an apartment soon. I look forward to the opportunity of living here.
