“Jazmyn was so helpful!!! We showed up for our tour without having our act together & she was truly patient & accommodating. In the middle of an ice storm, she was sunshine!!!”
“We have been living here since October 2024, and our experience has been excellent. The maintenance team is always responsive and truly cares about keeping the property in great condition. The hallways and common areas are always clean and smell fresh, which shows how much they care about the community.
Even though the complex doesn’t have a swimming pool, it offers many other great benefits. There is always parking available, and the office staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help whenever needed. We’ve also noticed that the common area fees have gone down, which has been a nice benefit for residents.
We also love that they organize community events every month. It creates a welcoming atmosphere and helps bring neighbors together. Overall, we are very happy living here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed place to live.”
“I’ve lived in these apartments for over a year now. It is my first apartment and has far exceeded my expectations. For renters- the amenities are well suited for the amount of people living here. A never overly crowded pool or gym, having only 2 buildings is definitely a reason for this. It’s usually very quiet. Every concern I’ve had has been taken very seriously by management. They reply quickly and act effectively. Last year, when I switched my cooling to heating, it went out completely, I told the management staff and a maintenance person showed up 20 minutes later. They are seen constantly keeping the grounds clean, and when seeing the staff they remember my name and say hello!
The only complaint I’ve ever had were with other tenants, which were handled promptly. Even with saying that, every other renter here is extremely friendly. The management here is very personable and has solved even smaller problems- like not being able to find packages. They gave me a call a day after I couldn’t find one. The mail room gets sorted every so often, and they keep an eye out for everyone. Everything here seems to get better and better. There is a train behind the complex and the airport is near by, I’ve read reviews of others complaining about these things- but I was very aware of them before I moved in. If that’s your only issue when choosing a place to live, then that’s the only reason you should look elsewhere.”

“Life is better at the lake—but it isn’t only about location.
Location matters, of course. Yet what sits in the right place matters just as much. This is home and location together.
The Cumberland moves past us full of life. You can feel it—the force under the surface—herons and ducks above, fish moving below, the river forever cleaning itself as it flows all the way to the Nashville skyline. There is real pleasure in sitting on the raised patio and simply watching that steady current. A short walk away is Sam’s. You’ll hear about it before you ever see it—the kind of place that becomes part of the reason people decide they already belong here.
Inside, the light pours in and keeps moving. The kitchen counters feel cool and clean under your hands; simple daily use keeps them that way. The beauty here is easy—it remains without demanding much. The refrigerator stands tall and generous, water and ice at the door, and a small night light that still makes me smile every time I see it. Tucked into the wall is a dry bar that takes up almost no space yet holds everything needed for my proper morning cappuccino and evening wind-down—both of which are more pleasurable on the lake. Behind it a large mirror multiplies the light until the whole room feels open and right. The bathroom is huge—an oversized tub, easy-to-clean surrounds, and curved shower curtains that open the space until it feels less like a bathroom and more like a private corner of a resort spa. Hard floors clean easily; soft carpet waits in the bedrooms. I feel that I can easily stretch when I need room and gather close when I want to get cozy and settle in.
The buildings are less than ten years old, kept clean, and steadily improved. Key-fob access, twenty-four-hour security, and maintenance that answers when called. This is not a place that asks you to lower your standards.
What makes someone rent here sight unseen is the rare combination: the living river just beyond the patio, the thoughtful little details that keep surprising you once you’re inside, the easy upkeep, the sense that neighbors look after one another, and the quiet confidence that everything works.
Outside, the firepit gathers people the way a good evening should, and the saltwater pool is a place where no one stays a stranger long. I am grateful every day for the dog- and kitty-loving neighbors here. Since my little guy went to doggy heaven, the simple presence of all these dogs has become its own soft oxytocin fix. The grounds stay tended. The noise stays low. The welcome stays real.
I enjoy living here—enough that the idea of moving again feels far away.
This is not a private claim. Life, lived fully, wants company. Should your path bring you near, the door is open, and the welcome is true.”
“Stacks maintenance deserves a raise—especially the guy whose name I can’t remember (sorry, king). He came to the rescue, got my air working again, and made sure everything was running perfectly. If anyone’s handing out raises, make his 1000%.”
“Moved into Carillon in May and couldn’t be happier with the location. There’s community activities are frequent and fun!
Also friendly professional maintenance staff.”
“Alma was awesome, she provided so much detail and answered any questions I had. Will be moving from out of state and came to explore. This apartment was my first tour and it raised the bar in comparing to other places I planned to see.”
“The Aertson Midtown Nashville is a wonderful place. My daughter and I have been treated so well by Guili, Katie, Emily and Elizabeth in the leasing office. Highly recommend.”
“It was nice to have Mike come and help us with our air-conditioning unit and have a fix for the problem. Highly recommend keeping him around for a long time. Thanks again MIke!!!!”
“Best experience! My HVAC petered out late at night, and our fabulous maintenance supervisor, John, was able to help me get it running again until he could get there in the morning. He arrived at 7am to fix the problem and was a joy to speak to! I couldn’t be happier with the care he took to make sure everything was working right away!

“I lived at the Cumberland for a little over 2 years. My experience started off rocky and wasn't always great but once the management changed things started to improve. Traci and Justin have been refreshing additions to the team. I am confident that under their management, life at the Cumberland will continue to improve.”
“This apartment building nails the balance between style and substance. The design feels effortlessly modern, with clean lines, thoughtful lighting, and shared spaces that actually make you want to spend time outside your unit. From the rooftop hangout spots to the co-working areas, everything feels curated for a lifestyle that’s both social and laid-back.
What really stands out is the atmosphere—it’s got that rare mix of being lively without feeling overwhelming. The residents are friendly, the amenities are well-maintained, and there’s a clear attention to detail in everything from the finishes to the overall vibe. It’s the kind of place that makes coming home feel like part of your day’s highlight.”
“We've lived here for nearly 2 years, we signed an 18-month agreement as soon as our first lease was up without even thinking. One Metro has by far the most attentive, responsive, competent, and helpful management and maintenance teams of any complex I've lived at. They had all the roads/sidewalks salted for the big winter storm that just came through, their maintenance team actually fixes problems, and the building and amenities are top notch. An out-of-state move is probably the only thing that will get us to leave this place. If you have the opportunity to rent here; you should absolutely take it.”
“We lived in SkyHouse for one year with my husband and our dog. If we weren’t relocating from Nashville, we would have definitely stayed.
Communication with the leasing agents, management, and staff was excellent. Everyone was always very responsive, and any requests were resolved quickly.
The amenities are in great condition — the gym is fantastic, and the pool is wonderful.
The layout of both the building and the apartments is very well designed.
Neighbors are friendly and welcoming.
This was our very first experience living in the U.S., and we had many questions — the team helped us with everything.
The location is excellent, close to downtown with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.
I will truly miss our apartment! Thank you to the whole team for doing such a great job.”
“10/10!! Kenect has truly felt like home to me for the past 2 years.
Community: One of my favorite things about Kenect is the sense of community. It never felt like just another apartment building. The Tuesday Tastings (free breakfast every Tuesday!), monthly community events, and overall atmosphere made it easy to meet people, feel connected, and settle into a new city.
Amenities: The amenities are a huge plus. The pool, gym, rooftop areas, and free coffee are all amazing. I especially loved the large co-working spaces with private conference rooms and phone rooms, which were very helpful for everyday professional and academic life.
Location: The location is hard to beat and made living in Midtown Nashville incredibly convenient, walking distance to many restaurants, public transport, Music Row, and the Vanderbilt University. It was easy to explore the city, meet friends, and really enjoy everything Nashville has to offer.
Team: A huge shoutout to the entire Kenect team. The staff here have been incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. From the front desk to the maintenance team, people genuinely care about residents, and you can feel it.
My personal shoutout to Ken — thank you for making the whole experience next level. You’ve always been incredibly helpful and welcoming. People like you are a huge part of what made Kenect feel special and made this place feel like home.
Thank you, Kenect, for being such an important chapter of my life. I’ll miss calling this place home ❤️”
“Jack is amazing! I have been living here for three months now and overall experience has been great(10/10). Jack and Philip from the Leasing Office are very friendly and professional, always welcome me by my name, make me feel at home. The public area always very clean, and every month they organize different activities, which are so much fun. I will definitely recommend Infinity Midtown to anyone who is looking for an apartment.”
“I have lived here for six months and Sade moved me in ..she was a wonderful help. She helped us get aquatinted with the Nashville area. Although the property has some challenges Sade finds a way to work through challenging problems with us as a communnity”
“The Leasing Office has been a dream!! Connor, the APM, toured me and supports me anytime I call! The staff is absolutely amazing & I am so at peace living here! The neighbors are amazing, the floorpan is perfect, the staff is personable and professional, and it's in such a great location! I love the communication here & love how strong the community is - I have already met friends & feel comfortable using the amenities (even with others around)! 10/10 - I just moved in and would sign another lease TODAY!! S/O to Connor for being so awesome & thank you so much!!”
“I absolutely love living here! The location and amenities are fantastic- especially for the price. It’s 2 min walk to the gulch, so there is always something to do if you need to get out and about! Within the building, I really enjoy the pool, gym, and rooftop. The valet trash and package room are also fantastic perks that benefit my day to day! All of neighbors (and their pups) have always been so kind and welcoming. The building is well maintained and the front desk staff is always responsive to any needs or questions! It’s a great place to call home for Nash transplants like myself!”

“I’ve been here for a year and a half and absolutely love this place! It’s so quiet, I never hear my neighbors (sometimes I feel like I’m the only one who lives here). Gorgeous balcony, rarely have maintenance issues. The ice storm was rough (no power for 5 days) because White Bridge is an older area, but that’s the only issue I’ve had. Pool is great. Rent is decent. There’s way more parking spaces than cars - the only thing is if you get there late at night you may have to park on the bottom of the hill and walk up stairs/hill. White Bridge is a quiet part of town - there’s Trader Joe’s, Kroger, two pharmacies, Aldi and Target all within 5 minutes. Traffic on this side of town isn’t as bad as some other areas of Nashville.”

“Marcus was the best! Hoping to move to Nashville eventually and he sold me on the property as soon as I walked in. Definitely the most friendly leasing agent I’ve ever met, and beautiful apartments.”
“This is an amazing place to live. Location is perfect. Katrina (the property manager) is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The rest of the staff is also excellent !!
Highly recommend. !!!!”
“Recently started year 2 here and really enjoy it! Mike and the leasing team made my unit transfer seamless, and TJ and the maintenance group have been great with anything that I needed. Management also puts on events which makes it feel like less of a large complex and more of a community.”
“I’m BEYOND enjoying living at The Place at 5th & Broadway. The location is fantastic and the staff is always pleasant to work with. Faith, at the Concierge Desk is AMAZING. She’s always happy to answer questions or concerns, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she’ll make sure to get you in contact with someone who does. All the staff is friendly. Anna, Britney, Max…. Definitely enjoying interacting with everyone on site.”
“The best team to work with hands down. So warm, on top of things, and quick if you need them (Jamie is THE best)! I see my friends go through horror stories of other management teams and consider myself lucky to be a resident at 1810. Thank you guys!”
“I’ll start by saying this place was an excellent choice for a first time move to Nashville. Yes it’s a 20 minute drive to the city but for someone who doesn’t mind driving it isn’t the worse. The area HAS EVERYTHING you need (Walmart, dollar tree, food, amazing taco trucks etc.) the community of the apartment is walkable, clean, nice pools, nice gym and friendly leasing agents who sold me when I moved with their upbeat and FRIENDLY attitudes, they were so helpful during my time as a resident and even left me a gift card and extra goodies when I moved in. Maintenance was also always quick!
However……… the only major issue I had and suffered so dearly from was roaches. I complained and called maintenance so many times and nothing seemed to work. My building was 2, apt 116. DO NOT MOVE INTO THAT UNIT. It was embarrassing and honestly caused me so much anxiety. Paying almost 1500k in rent a month just to have roaches crawling on your cups, bowls, stove, bathroom sink, CEILING AND WALLS. The little treatments they conducted did nothing and I had to keep asking for help vs them recognizing this was a major issue and moving me. I wish I could’ve held back my rent until this was taken care of.. ashamed to stay I had roaches as a very cleanly tenant but if it happens to you here it’s most likely because they are living in the walls of the building not you.”

“We just signed for our 3rd year here! The building is nice and clean, the location is almost perfect, and the staff is super friendly :) the amenities are great too!! Pool, gym, penthouse, cycle room, game lounge. We feel right at home here:)!”
“I moved in this summer, and I have loved living here so far! I have found staff to be very helpful & I love the variety of events they hold. I absolutely love the walkable location - so many shops, restaurants, and bars nearby as well as a few grocery stores.”
“I had a great experience moving into the Artisan Apartments on 18th. Jordan Melia was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Jordan was friendly, professional, and always willing to answer any questions I had. Their help made moving in a really positive experience, and I’m very happy with my decision to live here. Highly recommend”
