This place has a new manager and what a difference. Clean and well stocked and everyone is friendly. It's so nice to have a nice neighborhood store with people working there who care and are friendly.

I moved close to this store about two months ago. 0.5 mile from my house. The employees are always cheerful caring the vibe is very relaxed an every employee is humble. The store is not run down and they make some pizza that melts in your mouth. It’s nice to walk in some where an the workers are human

Lady was very rude and they don’t allow service dogs because they sell food. So does grocery stores!!!!!

This store is horrible. The customer service is terrible, they are rude people period. The fountain machine is disgusting. I've been in several times because it's close but, they have black ants in their ice dispenser and possibly the soda dispensers. Please do something about this low budget ghetto #mapco on #neelybendrd #madisontn

The Correct Address for this MAPCO Property is 1311 Neelys Bend Rd. However there is a 1302 above the door which causes confusion. Please post the correct address. This Mapco is on the odd side of Neelys Bend Rd not the even.

Usually love mapco and the service but for whatever reason today I came in for a cigar wrap. I told the girl working the register they usually keep them in the cabinet. Her response was this ain't even my store. I'm not finna do allat. I kindly stated I would just take my business somewhere else then. And she said bye as I was walking out the store. I just feel like the attitude was uncalled for and if she happily let me leave then I probably wouldn't rate the business a 1 star review. But very unsatisfactory customer service. I will be going back to the thorntons across the street.

Closed at 8am today, randomly closes, there is NEVER any hot food, drink machines are broken. Why is this Mapco STILL so horrible after I've seen multiple comments by the "owner" saying the "district manager has been notifies of this location. The district manager cares about as much as the employees of this location. It's the only gas station for miles, but I'm about done with it.
