Old caucasian man bald with a long beard looked offended that I walked in the store as he was smoking something with people in front of the store alongside a car (Prob cause he actually had too work, poor man...). Went in and bought some things. The clerk only bagged half of the items. Then told me I didn't need to come back? Is this okay with mapco? Are employees allowed to threaten customers? I was stared down as I got in my car. Guess mapco doesn't own this store, ghetto trash does...

Your store advertises Kool cigarettes buy 2 save $2 $5.69 a pack - they will not uphold their advertising!! They blame the audit department for the sign being present !! And then when I tell them they are false advertising I'm told I don't have to come back !! Worst customer service you have had there in a long time !!

It’s the gas station everyone goes to. Hard to find good help though I imagine. The bathroom needs to be locked or closed down though. People go in there and don’t come back out for an extended period of time. The cashier today rang me up for a drink and stomach medicine. Then after she took the money she cancelled the transaction and gave me the change I was owed. So I guess my items were never properly rang up. So where did the money go???

The loyalty rewards discount has not worked for almost two years at this location unless you go inside and stand in line for ten minutes. The only reason I buy mapco gas in the first place. Thornton's is kicking their a$$.

I always have a great experience at the Mapco in Hermitage, TN across from carwash. Kile is absolutely amazing!! Always goes above and beyond for me and is extremely helpful!! Kile definitely deserves a raise. Every visit the store and bathrooms are clean! Always well stocked. And service is quick but very friendly!! I come here almost every day and will continue to go a little out of my way to go here.

I wish I could get my gas here, but the system on their pumps don't work. I don't want to play the 'guess how much gas you need' game, so I don't plan on going back here.

The keypads on the pumps do not work.You have to go inside to use your rewards number to apply to fuel purchases
