The after sale’s service from this company is horrible. Phone system routes you to unanswered messages, and can’t get a hold of anyone. I instead ended up going to the sales department first as the sales team, unlike service and scheduling, actually picks up the phone.

Service and repairs after the installation of our cabinets by Markraft is the challenge. No one returns telephone calls. We have had two cabinet doors just come apart (the cabinets are only 3 years old and we are a home without children) and no one returns a call from the service department. We have a small scratch and are in need of a touch-up kit and again no one returns our phone messages. Our cabinets are probably the weakest part within our new custom built home and the only option we had was to use Markraft Cabinets. We are concern about the quality of the manufacturing and these were built pre-Covid before supply chain disruptions and employee staffing challenges. Hopefully your builder provides you with several options.

We ordered cabinets and they arrived in a reasonable time. A few flaws/blemishes but to be expected. Included in that order were four legs for an island and they sent one wrong leg. We were told it would be two weeks to get the replacement. Five weeks later still no replacement leg. Now we can’t get them to send someone to our home to do the finishing adjustments on the cabinets they installed (leveling, etc.), install the remainder of the doors/drawers and add the pulls. We’ve had a project sit idle for three weeks now, with virtual zero use of our kitchen. Cabinets are gorgeous but the lack of care and service is not a pleasant experience.UPDATE as of 12/6…. Yet another month has come and gone and our cabinets are still not finished, and the install work that has been done is completely subpar. We’ve sent photos of crooked cabinets, shelves with gaping holes, drawers that won’t pull out, drawers with cracks in them, the list goes on and on. Checks we wrote cleared quickly, though. Weird, right? Seriously, find a different cabinet vendor.

Cabinets were seemingly ordered before all the current slow downs (11-13 weeks ago) and neither us nor our builder can get an update on where they are or when they could be expected. The only feedback has been vague and useless like "those were ordered before the slow down, not sure what is going on" and "we won't know anything until they land on our dock." In this day and age, not not knowing where something is or at the very least, the internal project manager knowing what stage of the process they are in is an example of gross negligence. There are plenty of challenges with supply chains, materials, and workforce. This can be understood and forgiven. Not having any line of sight or simply lying to cover something up cannot. Regardless of quality, we would never use this company again under any circumstances. They have made our home build a complete nightmare. Never in my life have I met a project manager, in any industry, that cannot tell you where things are with their projects. Bad news is far better than covering up every time. The way this company responds to reviews on Google is also very telling. When accolades come there way, they are happy to chime in and bask in the admiration. When there are obvious issues, it is brushed under the rug. Approach with caution.

I purchased an entire house full of high end cabinetry; kitchen, 4 bathrooms, pantry and laundry room. It took several trips to get all cabinetry aligned. I was told to call back and set up an appointment to get everything readjusted at the end of a year of install. I have drawers that won't close, they hit on the hardware that I chose while in the showroom so they should work. I have multiple handles that are scratched from being hit on another drawer or door. I tried texting my sales agent multiple times to get on the schedule. When I didn't hear back, I called the office to find that he is no longer with the company. I told the person on the phone my problem and whatI wanted done she said she'd send to the warranty deptartment. After two weeks of waiting, I called back and talked to someone else who sent me to original persons voicemail where I left another detailed message. After a week of waiting, I called back and someone put me through to the voicemail of the warranty department where I left another detailed message. It has been over a week and I still haven't heard from anyone. I just want my cabinets to work correctly. Customer service is severely lacking.

I can't say enough about this company. I worked with Veronica, Nick, and Shaun. They made my vision come true! I now have my dream kitchen. I uploaded before and after photos here. Thank you all for the amazing work. I have recommended you to all my family and friends!

The delivery process was awful. They just show up with no advanced warning to me or the contractor. This order better be correct. not sure I would use them again because of this issue.

Can’t comment on quality of their work but they do a terrible job of cleanup. They just finished a job in condo complex I live in and install guy totally filled the dumpster residents use for trash with a large quantity of large boxes cabinets came in instead of disposing of them back at their shop

Not a great experience. I bought a home from Jones Company and at the blue tape review there were several issues with the cabinets. It took 3 weeks for someone to call and schedule a work order. No specific time could be given, just sometime after 8am. So I take off work, wait all day and nothing. No phone call, no technician. I called the office at 4:10pm only to find out the only person who has any knowledge of the schedule left at 3:30.

Spectacular job by Markraft. The blue and white kitchen cabinets are great quality and were professionally and perfectly installed by Jason. Dan Collins was terrific and helped meet our goals. Thank you for my favorite room in the house Markraft!!

I had a great experience with with Markraft. The quality was great and our cabinets were delivered on time. I especially appreciated working with Sherry. She was very attentive to our needs and creative with her designs. I would highly recommend anyone looking to update their home to work with her and Markraft.

Markraft review Absolute nightmare, do not use this company. We used Markraft for our full kitchen remodel and the Nashville location is a complete joke. Unorganized, junior staff, non-present management and more. We bought the highest brand they sold because we wanted solid walnut and wood boxes. It showed up as veneer and MDF with several things being missing or wrong from the order. Markraft has such bad relationships with their vendors that a rush order for a wrong part took 2 months. (Markraft is just a 3rd party reseller for other cabinet companies) All in all, our 2-3 month project took 7 months because of their mismanagement. The cabinets were also installed incorrectly and we are thus out of pocket a few thousand dollars because we had to fix things. Many of our inset cabinet doors won't close evenly and aren't flush. They tried adjusting them after install but said "yeah the boxes just aren't square so we can't fix that". In some places the inset doors are a 1/4" off. When we pay over $34,000 to a luxury cabinet company to oversee and manage the entire process, we expect a high quality product and great customer service. We got none of that. After talking to other contractors in Nashville, it appears this is not an isolated incident and they're known for shoddy work. Another problem is that you have to pay in full before they install the cabinets, so if something is incorrect, you have no recourse. Once we paid in full, the manager was dismissive and wouldn't even pay for the damages that we had to have fixed. It's been 3 months since he'd "look into maybe a small partial refund for the items that were wrong." I tried reaching out to Markraft management in North Carolina (their head office) but no one ever got back to me. I've since gotten bids from other cabinet companies and our kitchen should have cost around $25,000 (including install) for solid wood boxes and walnut. We were ok with paying a higher premium for a headache and hassle free experience because our life is very busy. We found out our account manager and designer got demoted halfway through our project, but that they kept her on our job. No one checked in to see if we were having problems and at our request to talk with a manager about our concerns, she said she was forwarding our emails when in fact she was not. I tried calling the front desk and sending emails to the general mailbox, but after weeks of trying I never got a response. I tried similarly with the North Carolina office and could not reach anyone. 3 months laters and our kitchen still isn't complete and we're waiting on a piece of wood to ship from the cabinet company. Again, please do not use this company.

We used this company to install cabinets around 5 years ago in a house we previously owned in the bar/2nd kitchen (we created the space) and they turned out gorgeous and were such great quality. Meanwhile, at another house we own in Winchester, our contractor used a local cabinet company. Not a good experience. So, yeah, no idea how pricing compared between the two companies but I can tell you, we are getting ready to redo the laundry room (and later on kitchen) in our current Brentwood home and I won't even consider using another company. I posted a pic of our old cabinets (if you can find it), they were stunning. Even the trash can drawer made the best sense, who knew? No chipping on the finish (wouldn't have thought about this until it happened with our lake cabinets before we even got to use them!). I'm sure there are other good companies in the Nashville area but I'm not willing to take the chance to find out considering how much you invest in them! :)

We had a great experience at Markraft. We recently purchased a vanity/cabinet for our guest bathroom. We visited the showroom and narrowed down our selection. Dan Collins then worked with us to measure, make suggestions for the countertop, arrange delivery and installation, and offer other helpful advice. We couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service that we received or the quality of the final product. The price was very reasonable too. We will definitely use them again when we remodel our other bathroom. I highly recommend them!
