“We’ve been using National Seating and Mobility since 2020 for our son’s equipment needs. Any time we’ve needed equipment repair or troubleshooting help we’ve been taken care of in a timely manner and even same day at times. We’ve worked with Assistive Technology Specialist, Brian C. for most of our son’s fittings, equipment ordering, and deliveries over the years. Brian has always been super knowledgeable about a variety of equipment and options/features/accessories, which has added reassurance knowing he is able to offer the best custom solutions for our son’s needs. Recently our son’s health declined changing his physical and medical needs drastically. Knowing his life expectancy is short and insurance processing can take up to 4 months for certain custom equipment, Brian went above and beyond working with Vanderbilt Peds Rehab to find a quick solution. Because of Brian’s compassion and care, our son now has a reliable, safe wheelchair that suits his needs and affords him access to the community. This has given us great comfort knowing our son won’t be confined to our home. Their kindness and efforts have given our son the ability to get out of the house safely and supported during what may be his last days of life. We are so very grateful for Brian making this happen.”

Hot and cold, big and small, they relieve sore muscles, sprains, muscle cramps, hot flashes, arthritis relief. Just talked to the actual office. We are still under warranty and she was extremely polite and is going to get with the technician to get it fixed or changed. Thank y'all so much.
We received a Manual Hoyer Lift August 29,2025. It hasn't even been a full 6 months. I just spoke to an after hour person and was told that if it's not under warranty then we may have to pay out of pocket for a new one. The lower lever and the handle to lift are both going out. This lift is meant for up to 400 lbs. My husband is under 300 lbs. So if the warranty is gone I guess he just has to stay in the bed for the rest of his life because he cannot stand or walk at all. He can't even do a simple transfer from bed to wheelchair or back. This is a joke. I'm be calling when the office actually opens at 8 this morning because this is absolutely not acceptable if it's true. His insurance should cover it being either fixed or replaced. But we shall see what they say.”
