I had T-Mobile since 2002 or more the same phone number so my phone got turned off...... I lost my number I get my phone turned back on. The store representative he was nice kind and all that all that I wanted a $35 service I was forced to get a $55 phone bill then I wanted to get another number there was an error in them trying to get it on that phone and the lady cut my phone off so after going through all that you know you can't talk to nobody unless you pay your phone bill that's another nerve-wracking experience and whoever you talk to got an accent a broken accent at that they can't understand you and you can't understand them anyway they told me they took some money off my old man's card so buy them doing that they said I don't have to pay a bill until March what about my phone is off I can't talk to nobody because my phone is off make that make sense you need to talk to someone about your service and you can't because your phone is off they should have just kept cricket and kept upgrading it. That was the best phone service by far to me anyway Metro by PCS need to go back in and try it again cuz they suck their customer service sucks their vendors force you to get a number change and have a higher phone bill than what you want I will never give them more than one star they need to come back from over across seas and get people here that know how to speak good English and can work with people instead of taking people money that pisses me off every time I think about it. And I bet when I pay my phone bill which won't be on the 22nd of any month my phone bill is still going to need to be paid by the 22nd of each month. Somebody anybody make that makes sense. Everybody I'm looking at these reviews have you noticed the feedback that they give is the same to everybody the good feedback is the same and the bad feedback is the same they not reading these posts.

Let me tell you about this store y'all, I left the hospital came into the store to get a new phone the employee took my account number down took money from my account, and on top of that he didn't even put my name on the account he used someone else name. Now I have a whole mess to deal with. Smh

They tried to over charge me for a iPhone she wanted me to pay 249.00 for the iPhone 7 that is 49.99 with the switch. Not to mention the iPhone is originally 399.99. I guess she figured I had money to just give her I will go to another metro pcs just not that one but that’s why our community won’t make it. I will just got to the white people or anywhere else. When trying to keep it in the hood goes wrong. You get over charged
