Don't go here at all !! They are Scamming ppl I just went there not too long ago and purchased a phone for 300$ a Samsung a 15 and it turned out to be a used phone for att ?? Why are they selling used phones when I'm supposed to be getting a new phone !! I went to another metro store and they told me to report them and I am doing so , so please everyone don't purchase from here .

Good morning... first of all, I came yesterday to fix something about the family plan. I have you with you and with the gentleman who was in the information yesterday and he told me that I had to pay 120 dollars yesterday and I paid it with my card and. Since I have automatic payments, today they deducted my payment money so I come today yesterday so what was they charging me yesterday? They tell me that there is no payment of 120 and I have to pay on my payment card what they charged me yesterday and then there is someone who returns my money that they charged me yesterday and the man here from Metro Mobile

The supposed store manager is charging$ 15 dollars extra when you go pay you cell phone bill, when other stores are charging $5 dollars I think he's over charging people cause that are where this store is at is Spanish speaking people,but is ok I'm contacting corporate to get to the bottom of this cause they taking advantage of people and I'm not having that, the only reason I gave them a Star cause it won't let me post it if I don't give them a Star,but is ok I'm trying everything in my power to get to the bottom of this

I switched to metro from cricket because the where offering iPhone 12 and Apple watch for $99 dollars. The service sucks. It is super slow and depending where I am at I get 1-3 bars and I live in the city. After getting the run around they tell me I can’t get a refund after 14 days. Today is day 16. I will be switching after my month service is up.

Terrible service on September 21, I went to the store to make my payment and it turns out that the guy who helped me charged me the 160 that I paid but I didn't make the payment, he only kept my money, this is already a scam, the service they give is disgusting

Apparently the cheapest phone they had was $120, but despite having just paid my phone bill via card and gotten a receipt, the card reader was now down and the receipt printer was out of paper. On top of the total being $130 and the cashier forgetting to give me the change. Then I get a text from Metro saying thanks for the $27 payment? Pretty sure the girl there just pocketed the extra hundred.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I went to upgrade my phone and either they don't sell the phone anymore (even though it's on display) or it was gonna cost me over $200.00 even on a zero dollar upgrade phone. This store and employee sucks.

The ratings are accurate I won't go into detail but the service is horrible...they don't really cater to gringo's (wasn't going to call you out, but it's black history month and apparently yawl going to have to be taught it's not acceptable from you either)

I'd give more stars but I been Trying to call the store on Murfreesboro rd for 2 days now and it keeps ringing once then sending me to voice-mail saying it's full can't leave a voice-mail.... wth... I'm trying to talk to someone about my account!!!
