I've been a metro by t mobile customer for almost 3 years. All the encounters I've had at the Brick Church location have mostly been positive. The prior management wasn't that great. But they straightened it out now. I like this location.

So you're telling me this store is CLOSED!!! at 2:15 in the afternoon on a Saturday of all days?!?!? I swear, Metro will let ANYONE own a franchise! VERY VERY VERY disappointed! So much so that I am heading to Boost right now to switch.

0 stars! How can you make things better when you have a unprofessional work place. Tierra or Kierra and Chris is very rude and not helpful at all. I ask to speak with the General Manager Javier or what not at the 3041 Dickerson Road. Chris has even informed Custmer Service Supervisor Nicole ID#502612 how disrespevtful he is on our 3 way recorded call yesterday July 21st, 2022 between 3pm and 3:30pm CST. Chris lied and said that I was harrsssing him and his co workers when I never been in your Facikity and I only called yesterday about 3 times due to no clarity. Chris said harrassment.. I told him to look up the law first and if I have CALL THE POLICE THEN!!!!! We just purchased a cell phone from you all about 3 or 4 wks ago Nokia x100 and now the phone doesn't work and it's our fault how... my Spouse has a court order and his phone had to stay on... You All Haven't Fixed ANYTHING. So, whomever responding please save me the B.S. and fix the issue at hand. 0 STARS!!!!! & Chris keep saying he works of the click that's against the law; but I don't understand what he's doing because the PROBLEM ISN'T FIXED. Just don't comment pls FIX THE SITUATION AT HAND!!!!

Porting a number and adding a line. First they tell the phone (GalaxyJ7) that clearly stated FREE. With new activation OR switching number wan NOT in fact free. Had to ultimately settle for 2 LGs (Stylo 4 and K30) actually liked the Stylo 4, that is until the screen began to glitch within first 24 hrs. I had worked mobile tech support for years and found comfort in knowing this was a clear warranty issue. I show up at location and when i informed the clerk, she ... prepare yourself...ask if i had it in my pocket. Ok...first I'm not sure what she thinks men do with their phones but that's pretty much the only place to keep our phones. All right so to which I replied yes it was affecting my pocket I pulled it out and now the screen is distorted. This individual of questionable intelligence then stated that that voids the warranty and it won't be covered. So to clarify putting your phone in your pocket apparently voids the warranty with Metro PCS. Not buying it could very well have been the grossest relay of inaccurate information as quote fact I've ever heard in my life. So that was the 1st issue. Issue 2: So my number was ported over my daughter's number was and added line. Well she of course wanted to use your iPhone instead of the LG( bring your own phone) I thought no problem I've already checked it up in the system is compatible with MetroPCS. I called customer service and they said that line has been ported over and we have to wait 72 hrs till the port is complete I ask, are you looking at the correct line. he gave my daughter's number to which I replied that number was added not ported. Then proceeded to inform me that he's unclear as to how that could happen and then I need to return to the store to correct it . so now I'm dealing with an happy daughter and unhappy wife and a broken phone. Yaaaay.

The JOYS of trying to support businesses in black comunities. They go out and hire the most unprofessional group of people and offer no training. I guess. I was in this store for over an hour. Only to be told over two times to just go home and call Metro myself to allow them to help w/ the PROBLEM!!! As they sat behind the counter and played on their phones. One chick even called metro Customer service line for us. But again because of the POOR I MEAN VERY POOR customer service she had no idea what questions to asks. And that's all because she really didn't want to help us in the first place. But she gets someone one the phone. Did not do anything tells us they rebooted her phone wait 30 mins and it should work.. So we waited and waited.. This time l finally called... The phone was never ported over.. So what phone they rebooted. JUST LAZY!!! AND WASTED SPACE! HIRE FOLKS WHOM IS WILLING TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRAIN THEM PLEASE. JUST LOOKS BAD IN OUR NEIGHBORHOODS!! THANK YOU!
