Manager of this Metro PCS store EXPLICITLY told us that this store CAN'T AND WON'T CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE for a Transfer PIN. I know this is NOT true. It was MY account and MY phone that needed a transfer PIN!!! They will bold face LIE to you. No wonder Metro is losing customers.

I am a happy customer I had the pleasure of being helped by Itzi she went over and beyond to help me. I was happy to spend my money at this location. Good Customer service is hard to find. I will visit location for Itzi in the future.

This is by far the worst experience I ever had with metro bought a Wi-Fi box paid for it for 4 months at $112 dollars then one day customer service switched my plan to 100 gigs when there tower is definitely unlimited for 55$ I have a data cap outta no where visited the store for the third time today and It seems like the customer service rep said they cannot help me at all just they just a authorized dealer I’m confused like I’m paying for authorization devices I’m not getting if they are authorized dealer with can they help me with anything maybe they just having bad morning and I’m first customer

Pointless and a waist of time and gas. I'm eligible for a free upgrade but have to still pay $199.99 for a phone they're giving away free for switching...such a oxymoron! Not the store's fault, this stems from corporate.

I was disappointed with their employees. A young man with his wife and children came in while I wa funs there . The young man didn't have on a mask and the employees told him that he would have to leave the store. The young man asked them politely for a mask, the employees stated that they had disposable masks but they were for them and not the customers. The young man replied that he wasn't leaving the store that they could call the police. Well they ended up giving him a mask. I thought that they should've done that from the rip. After all they were spending 480.00 of his hard earned money. But in the process of th ordeal the employee waiting on me had to stop and get in on the situation that the other employee obviously had under control. Making my 10 minute stop turn into a 35 minute one.

Very poor people skills, no understanding of how to properly serve the public. One of the people who helped me called me a liar and continue to insult me throughout the transaction. I now have moved to another state and a whole new store location to help me and they've been very nice so far!
