Terrible customer service, doesn't like to work?

My telephone was doing weird things. It was calling telephone numbers without my doing it. I went to the metro store in Gallatin TN spoke to David the manager. He was very happy to help . David checked all of my account settings, he assured me that all of our account and numbers are secure. He informed me what it would take to clone a phone and make random calls. I was very happy with the way he addressed my problem. And I was satisfied that his assurance was enough. David was great! He was personable, professional, fast, patient and overall a super guy! I am so happy with Metro by T-Mobile. In all this stress due to identity theft I was able to calm down because of him. Thank you David ?

I went to Metro yesterday morning to pay my bill (cuz my phone was off) mind u I paid with cash only to wake up this morning with my phone off and customer service telling me that my payment was reversed ? and it went back on my card but how is that possible if I paid cash so now I have to sit here and be phone less until they open at 9am because of a mistake that an employee made needless to say CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THEY WOULD GIVE ME A 72hr extension so I can use my phone and I never got it my phone is still off ?? I’m so over metro I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS

I bought a new phone today at the Metro phone store from an employee named Manny!. He was very nice and knew how to do his job. He even knew how to get me a different area code since I was moving out of State. I went back later in the day and bought a case. Great service!! Thanks Manny!!

No matter what these employees are ready they are very helpfull. Although it may be a small store it always keeps a nice comfortable price and never changes.

They did me eight I had a problem with my sim card and he give me 1 free normally the are 10 dollars. He was very helpful and overall a nice person
