My best experience by far at a MetroPCS store. I left them for about 6 months and returned back. Went to that store and saw Michelle the store manager. She was wonderful. More than helpful. Got me the phone I wanted at a price that I wanted. Contacted my old provider after they didn't give me the proper information. Went out of her way the next day to download my messaging that I had prior and loved! Just the best service I've had. She was honest upfront everything I was looking for. So if you're looking to get a MetroPCS phone and service or just need a problem fixed. That is the place to go

This metro store was a joke..I should of gotten the lady's name but she was so incredibly rude. I set out with my step daughter to get her a new phone, and instead of helping she kept shutting me down, telling me I couldn't add her to my phone plan, I went to another metro right down the road and got it done with no problems..I'll definitely never be back

My mom took an iPhone that I gave her to get her number switched over to the newer phone. They charged her to switch it but it wouldn’t work. Then neither phone would work and she had no service at all. And refuses to give her money back. Needless to say she switch to T-Mobile got a cheaper service and free phone! So thank you Madison metro for your poor customer service! I think she is better off! I would give no stars if I could.
