I came into the store to get help with filing an insurance claim for my broken device. Instead of the associate helping me with that, he proceeded to try and sell me a new phone and a more expensive plan than I had before. He lied to me and said that my insurance deductible would be $120, which was his justification for me to buy a new phone from him that day. After 30 minutes of haggling by the associate, I left and called customer service for help. I was able to file a claim through Assurant's automated system, which disclosed my deductible was actually $50. I paid the deductible, received the phone, and took it to a different location for activation. It wasn't disclosed that it would be an additional activation fee for replacing the device and I was charged for a SIM card even though I have the exact same device and it didn't use a SIM card. The entire process was shady, lacking integrity, and despite me being a loyal customer for years, I feel unvalued as a customer.

I had an amazing rapport with MJ and learnt a lot about the phone's specifications and prices from him, which was incredibly beneficial. He got me a TCL, and I really like the phone. This place deserves my thumbs up?

Every time I come to this location the workers never want to do anything; they act like calling customer service to bypass the account isn't an option and try to sell me different services and things I don't need. This location completely sucks

Caught the man named MJ aka Mujtab Khan adding a tablet to my account after I left the store and said no to the tablet. Went back and brought it to the managers attention that his employee was caught trying to steal from me. He gave me a fake number for his boss and said it would be taken care of. Don't go here they are thieves!
