Great customer service, went in there for an oil change today we discovered another issue from a different mechanic I had gotten done previously they ordered the part I needed and was back in a couple hours when it arrived they got me in and fixed the problem immediately. Very friendly staff were able to explain to me the issue and what can be done to fix it and how much it would cost. Honest and professional mechanics here I did not feel taken advantage of for being a woman and my younger age like I often feel when getting my car fixed.

Lowest price for front breaks and rotors in town. Also saved me from a $900-$1200 repair. I had been quoted that the struts were bad (which is true), but the car was making a clunking noise on bumps. Ended up being the sway bar end links and that was a much cheaper repair. They were very quick and I have a lifetime warranty on the break pads from them. I usually go to Christian Brothers who are fantastic, but are expensive. Happy with my experience at Midas.

I keep coming back to this location for my oil changes and other mechanical needs is because of Lorri - the manager. Being a woman myself, men quickly think I know nothing about cars. I don't know how to repair, but I do have common knowledge. What I don't know, I research - I'm a researcher / troubleshooter in my own field of employment. I'm not easily to pull the wool over my eyes and looked upon as being naive and / or incompetent. I will ask questions. If your answer or body language makes me doubt your answer or you respond in an agreessive controlling manner, you will lose my trust because the flags went up. I've never had this with Lorri, but she has witnessed this type treatment towards me from male in training. I took her to the side and asked her to handle my request and Q & A before I flip my lid on him - she did. She's an honest straight shooter, but will talk to you with knowledge and truth as you ask your questions. Maybe men are intimidated by her, but from another woman - she's a breath of fresh air.

I went to this shop because I had a previous positive experience here and once again, they did not disappoint! The needed repairs were done on my car in less than 2 days! Lorri was AMAZING, she went above and beyond, immediately ordered the car parts and took care of everything, including communicating with my insurance company! Highly recommend this shop!
