This place is a hot or miss depending on who is there to see you. I went in and was positive for the flu but this lady said I can go back to work as soon as my fever is gone. Here I am 5 days after the flu and I still feel weak and tired. I can barely stand up still have a bad cough because of my asthma and I did not go to work. But this lady told me to go back after I am fever free. Not everyone’s body is the same.

Very hit or miss on providers but after this last visit, will not be returning. I was told I needed to recommend my own medical care during visit, and when I asked for help and time to do research on what I might need, was told to leave and go elsewhere.

Why would you make people wait 20 minutes past their scheduled appointment time? Why make an appointment at all??

This is a dismissive NP who lacks the human element of medicine. Like others, I had a very sore throat and was told to take ibuprofen and wait. I did so but after two days of deteriorating, I called back and let her know that the last time this happened I was prescribed prednisone (this was by an actual ENT) and I was feeling better in hours. She was dismissive, declined, and I’m on day seven of not feeling better. I’ll have to pay OOP for a second opinion. I suggest avoiding this clinic and NP, she doesn’t care about you.

I’ve been to the CVS MinuteClinic twice now.My first visit I went in for an earache and they told me to go home and take Tylenol and ibuprofen. My second visit I went because I had a very sore throat and a fever. They told me again to go home and take some Tylenol. Now I’m 4 days into this and I went to another urgent care clinic that says I have the flu. Now at this point, it’s too late to get the flu medicine for it to be effective.I think their solution to every problem is to go home and take Tylenol. Do not recommend!!

Pretty ignorant for working in a clinic. Suggesting I do things even I know don’t make sense, like get an antigen test when you’ve never had covid. All I needed was a dr’s note saying I’m fine to return to work. They referred me to a primary care physician. ? Then what can they do?!

Horrible experience! Went for Covid testing and was told it would take 2-4 days for results. A full 7 days later and still no results. This is not a time for unprofessionalism or lies.

If I could leave less stars I would. The doctor is incompetent. I made the mistake of coming here because it's close to my job site. I would have been better off driving to Murfreesboro. I was the ONLY person in line when I checked in online, an hour and a half later I'm still sitting here waiting to be seen. She is having friendly banter conversation with someone that has been in there since she reopened from lunch at 2. It is now 3:36. I have since turned two people away from checking in recommending that they go ANYWHERE ELSE.

A total waste of time. I paid 40 dollars to be told to take Sudafed. I have lived in this body for over 50 years. If I take the time and pay the money to get medical attention for a sinus infection, at least do me the honor of writing a prescription for the antibiotic I am going to need to get over this.

Horribly ran as far as I can tell. Rude attitudes. Wouldn't know the first thing about customer service if it hit them in their idiotic faces.

Staff was rude and dismissive of all patient concerns. Wait times were extended hours on end for poorly managed time. I came in for a follow up visit on an ear infection and sore throat that had not gone away with antibiotics. The nurse told me I had an abscess in my throat that would kill me in my sleep if I didn't get immediate ER care. I went to an Urgent care facility right away, and they provided treatment for my ear infection and noted there was not a throat abscess or any concern for death or immediate care. Just another round of antibiotics that was originally requested and denied from the Minute Clinic nurse. We noticed a pattern emerge from another discharged minute clinic patient in the Urgent Care waiting room. If the Minute Clinic is too busy, or the nurse does not want to deal with a patient, they take your money and send you to the ER. All a scam for ZERO care concern or treatment received.

We've used this clinic so many times. Our kids inevitably get sick on the weekends when our primary doc is closed, and the staff at the Minute Clinic have been great. I really like the "hold my place in line" feature, makes for far less waiting in the clinic. The staff is nice, a good resource for treating normal colds, sore throats, ear infections, flu diagnosis, etc.
