This was my second time being told they could not provide the services I needed since there was not a nurse. I have been to the MinuteClinic more than a few times and never have seen a nurse. Very inconvenient on my end to schedule an appointment just to walk out a minute later still feeling the same. At first I was relieved to see a woman doctor since I was going in for Women’s health, but she did not seem to care about the urgency of my issue which is sad given she has probably experienced this herself. Tip- take Women’s health service off the website or contact patients if they book for them (and there is no ‘nurse’) so that they do not waste their time. It’s happened too many times now.

We went to get my nephews physical for school and the Dr. was incredibly rude. Due to a recent change we were informed that we needed to print out our own forms. I had no issue with that, but the attitude he had was uncalled for. I asked him to cancel the appointment and went elsewhere. If you dislike your job then just get a new one. There’s no reason to be rude or give unwarranted attitude to anyone.

Easy check-in online. Started making at appointment at 11:15 and got one for 12:10 the same day. I got to stay at home and do pre check-in online. Insurance was processed quickly. Didn't have to wait very long at all, especially since there was only one doctor. She explained what she could and couldn't do at this location. She was thorough with asking for information regarding my condition. She made me feel comfortable and seemed to genuinely care about my issue. She even gave my a GoodRX coupon in case my insurance didn't cover the medication.

the doctor does not want to work. I was 5 minutes late, my mistake. He attended a patient in 10 minutes and when I finished and having no one waiting he did not want to attend to me and I was more than 15 minutes and no one came

Efficient, knowledgeable, thorough. I went in to test for COVID-19. PA was professional and courteous. I would recommend (this) Minute Clinic to anyone.

I'm not sure when or where all these other reviews were from, but the lady who saw me today was polite, caring, and very informative. I explained my situation that I have no insurance due to starting a new job, and no money due to missing so many days of work from being sick. She went over all my options and even helped me find an affordable option for my situation.I walked in and scheduled an appointment at the kiosk...appointment was for 5 minutes later...and within 15 minutes, I was seen.

No one at kiosk, no appointments available at all. No doctors or patients anywhere in sight. Complete waste of time.

This review is for the minute clinic: I visited for a scheduled appointment after seeing on my health insurance's website that it was considered in-network and the woman who saw me was incredibly rude and claimed that i was not actually covered by my insurance for their services and demanded I pay $150+ and refused to even call the insurance and find out, she was just looking at her stupid computer and clearly is not able to handle even that much. She then proceeded to say my name really really loudly, like she was trying to embarrass me or something even though I was there for an appointment and it was actually before my appointment time and there was no one else in line. I called my insurance and they told me that I am covered. The day before I had tried to schedule a telehealth appt instead and they called me and told me that I was covered for the minute clinic but not telehealth, so I don't understand why this lady was refusing to treat me and also borderline violating hippaa laws by screaming my name as loudly as she could while I sat there trying to hold back my tears. I just got off the phone with minute clinic customer care and they confirm that I am covered by my insurance and the lady should have treated me. I hate my life.

Absolutely terrible//might as well call it a scam. Don’t even know the doctor’s name who saw me, didn’t take the time to introduce himself before talking to me about billing (the longest part of my visit.) He talked fast and AT me the moment I walked in the door. Asked me what “medical problems” I had after reviewing my medication… maybe that wouldn’t have bothered me if he hadn’t been so short and rude with me already… I don’t know. Acted inconvenienced by my coming in… in fact when I addressed how short he was with me he threatened to cancel the appointment and send me on my way. At one point, he asked if I had “gotten it out of my system” when I said “oh and I have an IUD, I guess the “medical problem” for that would be my uterus…” so unprofessional. I am sick and at this point I was annoyed being snappy back. Anyway, he took my vitals and then refused to test me for strep (or anything) - because I didn’t have a fever (I am 30 years old and my body NEVER holds a fever.) So in a whopping total of 10 minutes, I was charged $139 for him to listen to my heart and send me on my merry way… unbelievable.

Terrible service. There was no one present at the clinic and the kiosk doesn’t work. There is no way to contact them through phone, and no one approached me for assistance while I waited. Do NOT go here.

You have to do the covid test yourself. i.e. stick the swab up your nose yourself. She spouted off instructions too quickly to follow. When I asked if I was doing it correctly, I was told to look at the picture. I asked again and was told I didn't listen to the instructions. Still She would not look at me for more than a glance, she repeated the instructions quickly while not looking at me and she would not confirm if I was doing it correctly. She said I could go somewhere else if I did not want to do the swab myself. She was rude and uncaring. She should at least look at the patient while they are doing it to make sure the patient understands the instructions and are doing it correctly. It would be a much better and more caring process if while looking at what the patient is doing to give the steps one at a time. This was a very disappointing visit overall. I will not use minute clinic in the future based on this visit.

Book your appointment online! It doesn't guarantee that they can take you back at that time but it puts you in line. The nurse, Velinda, was super helpful and thorough. She got me in and out quickly. Highly recommend.
