Just got here to wash and vacuum my car in the evening a few days ago as I have a subscription since long time ago. Washed the car and got to vacuums. While vacuuming my car, half the way through, they turned off the vacuums before we were done. Once I asked them, guys please I am not done yet. May I finish please? The guy shrugged off and said, “we are closing”. Disrespectful 👌🏼

Dear Mister Car Wash Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received on May 23, 2025, during my visit to your location at 4024 Nolensville Rd, Nashville, TN. I am a member of Mister Car Wash and usually appreciate the services you provide. However, on this occasion, I was deeply disappointed by the behavior of a manager who introduced herself as Tamara.
Her conduct was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She displayed a lack of customer service skills and professionalism that, in my opinion, damages the reputation of Mister Car Wash.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the appropriate steps to ensure all customers are treated with courtesy and respect. Assigning well-trained, responsible, and customer-oriented staff is essential to maintaining the integrity of your brand.
Thank you for taking the time to review my concern. I hope to continue using your services with better experiences in the future.

I when to wash my truck and they scratched two wheels and popped my two tires and they did not pay for it . They are unprofessional people .
That car wash have old equipment I would not recommend washing your car there . It will also make scrubbing marks on your paint .
There is nothing like hand wash is better .
Very disappointing.I want it to put zero star but it don’t let me .
