“Came in with several issues over a couple of days. Our phones were doing things we weren't used to and we needed to disconnect our internet. We spoke to Trey, and he was able to disconnect the internet, give us instructions on how to return it, and solve all our problems. He was very professional and did it all with a smile on his face. Would definitely recommend requesting him any time you visit a cellular sales location. Thank you!”

“This store is absolutely amazing . The staff is amazing they are knowledgeable and patient. I have ten lines all activated here . I was making a payment and doing a trade in yesterday ,it reeked of alcohol from the gentle man who disrespected and used racial slurs against the gentle man helping him that did not speak Spanish . The manager Mercedes handled the situation very well as she is bilingual and she educated the customer with kindness that treating someone that way because they do not speak Spanish is unkind . She proceeded to educate him that there will be many places that do not have Spanish speaking employees and that he should not get offended or call them stupid or the N word when they use translator to try to help him . He apologized to both her and the gentle man . I’m thankful for the staff at this location . I could never do their job . They deal with a lot and must tolerate disrespect because they are on the clock . There was a white couple who laughed when the gentleman said the N word we live in a terrible world rather than give correct information so they can assist you , you laugh at racial slurs . This world is sick but a 5 stars for this store and the employees . Arin I will be back next week with my sister who will activate 4 lines . :)”
“My man Phillip is unflappable! 4th quarter 3 point shooter to end the game, hail Marys for wins not OTs, 9th inning bullpen save no hesitation! I came in on my lunch break and told him I needed a new phone up in running in less than an hour and 30 if he could, or else I'd have to come another day. He didn't blink! I was back to work in an hour and 10 as this man did his thing. Great immediate service, would recommend this location and PHILLIP to anyone!!”
“If I could give this str 10 stars I would. Not so much the str as much as the workers. Everyone that works there is helpful. Martha helped me and let me say this nobody has ever worked so hard for me.From doing whatever she could to make sure I kept my number to also making sure I got the best deal to even running me home so I wasn't walking n cold. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. SHE MOST DEFINITELY NEEDS TO B RECOGNIZED FOR HER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. “Im not tech savvy at all, didnt even plan on going in cricket or trying them. Went in on a whim, and Amad gave the best customer service Ive ever had in my life. Any store. He wasnt pushy, at all either. Considering Id just left boost mobile a few blocks away, that guy at boost that kind of looks like a tall Steve urkel, was rude, ignorant pertaining to his job, and I had to leave. In Cricket, Amad answered all my questions, bent over backwards to help, and I left with better than I'd came in desiring, and payed much less. Service is great, support is great, If I could give that guy Amad a 50 out of 5 I would. Lastly, get this....I even tried to tip the man, for going out of his way to make me feel valued...on top of having and catering to two or three other customers by himself...Corporate; Id keep my eye on this guy if I were you. “Took my phone to another phone repair they told me it was an update and it would take 1 hour came back in a hour the phone was not ready nor did they start on it they told me another hour and half. Came here they got me in explained and showed me everything going on with my phone and got it done in 20 mins would highly recommend”
“This is the best phone repair spot in Nashville. Lee is the man and is very speedy and cost efficient with his repairs. My phone’s LED screen died and I wanted to transfer my data to a new phone. Lee was able to put a temporary screen on my old phone and was patient while I sat there and backed up my data. 10/10 would recommend to anyone having technology issues.”

“Best wireless service for the money. Your bill is always the same month in month out. Understanding and helpfull staff. Here is a hint when you go there, ask for the ACP program and see if you qualify. If you do qualify the program will pay $30 dollors off your bill but you have to ask ;)”
