My dentist prescribed me medication. I called ahead and I was told they have it filled and I could come get it. I get there 1.5 hours later and they say that they just received my prescription and it'll take more time to fill it. I had to sit in pain for an extra 2 hours ....

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Unbelievably slow service. Rude and unhelpful staff. Waited in line well over an hour past my appointment time for a covid test only to be rushed through when it was my turn and eventually got inconclusive results. Save your time, go to Walgreens.

Attempted to transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy. It didn't work for some reason. I took written prescriptions for the same meds to the store, and saw the technician hand them to the pharmacist. After two days, I called and was told that there was no record of either the transfer or the written prescriptions. Time to take my business elsewhere.

VERY UNPROFESSONAL COVID-19 TESTING. I had an appointment at 12:40pm today and got in the COVID Testing line at 12:15pm and did not make it to the window until 1:15pm (which is understandable seeing how many people were ahead of me to do the same thing). Upon getting to the window, I was told I would not be tested as the Nurse Practioner was "On break." Then I was threatened that I would be marked as a "No-Show" if I didn't come back between the 2-6pm time frame after waiting for an hour already. I understand we're in the midst of a pandemic, but turning away multiple cars (the line was still long) because of your lack of scheduling and organization is unprofessional and quite possibly putting more people at risk.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, they're consistently out of certain meds. The wait time is always excessive. Every time I go into the store there's a issue. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Due to insurance I don't have many options. I don't understand how any business can offer such poor service and continue to operate.

This is the worst drive thru pharmacy service I've ever been to. I've been waiting at the wIndow for 15 min without so much as an acknowledgement that I'm here. I literally had to get out my car and wave in the window like a maniac for someone to see me. And even then, no one came to the window. I've been a CVS customer for 10 years and this location is the most incompetent one yet. They're slow, no customer facing skills at all **edit: 30 minutes. And one lady caLled her Rx in YESTERDAY and they still said it wasn't ready. This place is a disaster.
