I purchased from Mr. Printing years ago and had a good experience. However, I have to give them one star now since they did not answer the phone on multiple occasions, on different days, and did not respond to messages that I submitted. I called a competitor of theirs and had business cards in less than 24 hours. Hopefully they can remedy this.

Ordered some business cards and had some printing signs ordered. The signs were for my trailer and they didn’t do a good job. Placed it on dirty surface and it’s all sideways not even straight. Everything was paid for but I never got my business cards, I went and called to say I never got my cards and still nothing till this day. Horrible place. I wouldn’t believe those 5 star reviews, seem like fake accounts.

Terrible service, not friendly, and not dependable. Jobs were incomplete or unsatisfactory, or delayed multiple times. I would only recommend this place for Banners or business cards, but be sure to give them 2+weeks to complete the job.
