Ugh, trash people work here. Don't get your car serviced here. Rude, and unprofessional.

I am a regular at Jiffy Lube since I moved to Nashville 5 years ago. This particular location has great customer service and they are fast. They checked all my concerns and made me feel comfortable. Great service overall!

Came in for a premium synthetic oil change. The guy told me $89.99 was my total and I agreed. Once they started working on my car, he said "you know after taxes, your total is $110. The law states there is NO tax on an oil change or any motor vehicle repair to the customer.

So I'll make this short and sweet.. hopefully. I came here for an oil change back in Nov 2017 and decided to come back a week later to have the front brakes done since they were running a special on them. I had the rear brakes done 2 weeks prior at Firestone and their quote for the front was $100 more than Jiffy was charging so I went to Jiffy (of course). After the front brakes were replaced, they started screeching when pressure was applied. The brakes NEVER screeched or made a sound before then. I took it back a week later.. they oiled them.. said I needed to drive it some more and sent me on my way. They started screeching again before I made it home.:(. I returned 2 weeks later with a similar complaint. They again oiled them, adjusted screws... sent me on my way. I again didn't make it home before they started screeching again. :). I returned another week or two later... by this time it's colder out and I'm just not feeling like sitting at Jiffy Lube after a long day of work or on my off day for that matter. I told them I wanted them replaced.. nicely. This time they took ALL the tires off and oiled all 4 brakes and said they think it's the rear that are screeching. Firestone did the rear and since I couldn't tell the difference I let it ride. Again I ALMOST made it home before they started screeching again. I had plans to return the following week but unfortunately my starter went out.. then I decided the get the rack and pinion and wheel alignment done before going back so that I know there aren't any other extenuating factors. Budget Brakes on Nolensville Pike did the work and while they had it, I told them to check out the brakes and see which were screeching. They were kind enough to inform me that the front brakes were screeching and I didn't have the CERAMIC/PLATINUM PACKAGE pads that I thought I PAID for! . SOOO... I went back to Jiffy and informed them of such and would YOU believe they tried to lube them AGAIN and send me home?! I thinks NOT! I had some firm words with them and now they are replacing them with NEW PLATINUM PADS THAT appear to be different from those they initially put on. The mechanic showed them to me. Hopefully they won't screech when I leave because it will NOT be a pretty scene if I have to return:). Sorry this wasn't as short as I thought it would be but Hopefully it's helpful
