I never in my 36 years of life seen such a remarkable customer service. I had to PU a load next door and decided to get my dog’s food. Nice collection but wish they had more variety persay . I love how they help me with my bags and all greeted me with thanks, so welcoming ❤️

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and I cannot rave about this place enough! The employees are so helpful and kind. The food I buy is either the same cost as other name brand pet stores or less. And a lot of the food is buy 12 bags, get 1 free (they keep track of the number for hours) so it ends up being less expensive. They are always happy to be working and you can tell they truly love animals. I’ve sent so many people here and will continue to do so!! If you’re looking for a store that sells healthier food for your fur babies, this is the place to go. They have a lot of the brands you won’t or can’t find at the big box stores.

Literally just stopped by and got greeted by 4 different employees. Absolutely wonderful experience and the best product selection I've seen. Definitely my new one and only stop!

The best customer service I’ve ever had from a pet store! They opened the door for me and brought me right to what I was looking for. The store is super well organized, spacious, neat, and tidy. Next time I’m in town I’m definitely coming back for more cat food for my cats!

Our cats eat specialty pet food and love the treats. Get ready for receiving a smiling greeting at the door. Items purchased also carried to your car. We enjoy the store specials and discounts along with limited reward programs.

I found this place on Google, and went just because it was convenient. Turned out to be a great experience! Comparable prices to bigger box-type pet stores, but better quality products. I spoke with Jacob, the man behind the counter, for a while and he is very knowledgeable! Great to hear how they’re a thriving small business, and source many of their products right here in the US of A. On top of that, he opened the door and greeted me and held the door for me on my way out. 12/10 customer service and a great overall experience.

Great store, and the staff was super friendly and helpful as we found new types of treats and enrichment for our pups and bird. Definitely will be back when we're that way.

This is the best pet store I have ever been to in all my life! I travel a lot and go to pet stores in multiple states. There service is so far superior to any other place I have ever been. I had to make a return and they were so helpful. I bought from a store in Franklin and returned the item to another store due to my traveling route. They could not have made it any easier!

Only place I have ever seen that gets in custom made collars and sells them at a good price.I think I ended up leaving with about 6, so I guess maybe it's not the best idea for me to be there, but either way great store and super friendly employees.Good selection of toys and food as well.

I absolutely loved this pet store. The employees are very sweet and helpful. The customer service was probably the best I have ever experienced. I received a few samples of cat food free of charge. This store has a wide variety of great quality products and prices are fair. Even the store cats are very friendly and gave some great recommendations on treats. Highly recommend!
