We purchased a used vehicle from a dealership in Cool Springs and were driving it back to Chattanooga. En route we realized a couple lights were out. We were a mile from the Murfreesboro store so stopped and they immediately replaced both bulbs & reset a tire sensor... all 15 minutes before they closed. They were so nice and efficient... amazing customer service! Highly recommend.

Can’t help but feel nickeled & dimed. My “$149” wheel alignment turned into $198 after Nelson Mazda threw an undefined “Shop Supplies” fee and extra 3% charge onto the price of the alignment. I’ve visited this service dept at least 3-4x. Staff are generally pleasant & professional but the business is definitely set up to rip you off. Google everything they recommend & call around before agreeing to the Service Dept’s recs.

Amy was a great help in purchasing my new CX-5. It’s the first car I’ve purchased from a dealer so I was a little naive but she was very helpful and didn’t pressure us to buy before we were ready. I’ve been driving my car for a few months now and still just as happy as the day I drove it home.

Do not buy or have the guys fix your car I bought a Mazda 3 from Murfreesboro Mazda dealership and they have broken my car taking it to dealership they broke my seat charge me triple to fix something they broke my back was hurt because of this seat that was broken I have now seen a chiropractor dr I m having to pay him 10,000 to fix my back because of the guys do not go to the guys very bad service

Service lied, claiming I needed a total overhaul on my AC @ $3k. Girl who inspected and made a video said if I didnt replace everything that it would only continue losing freon. My local repairman fixed the leak without the total overhaul for 1k. He also said the girl at the dealership could have only known I needed a total overhaul IF she removed the entire dash, which she did not do. She lied. It works fine now and has for months without the overhaul and 3k bill.

Tanner and Gen were great! This place doesn't haggle, no BS fees, no waiting on the salesman to talk to the manager, no talking to the finance manager, nothing. They sell at invoice plus doc fee plus tax, that's it. No paint protection, no lojack, no other BS fees. Best car buying experience I've had.

It's been about five months since I bought the MX5 as a gift for my wife. She enjoys driving it every day! And also, We have a great relationship with Marin, who handled the deal with us, and he gives us good advice and suggestions for making choices. We were really satisfied with our purchase from this dealer.

I really appreciate Stephanie in Service always going above and beyond with any of our visits to have our 2 Sliver Mazdas serviced! I know she works hard and tells me the way it is which sometimes is hard to accept when servicing your car!(especially with the price.) She puts it in such a way that cuts through all the BS! Thank You Stephanie! for Caring and being such a Professional !

Very disappointed in the dealership. I drove all the way from Clarksville to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a used car and they made it a point to keep stating that the car is sold as-is and that they can not fix any other issues with it. When it was time to go over the optional warranties to purchase with the car and we declined, Tanner told us, “Ok. Don’t give me call then.” He also kept stating that it was illegal for them to pressure us to getting any additional coverage but made us feel us terrible about not doing so. I still have not heard from the dealership about the fixing a rusted rim that is on the vehicle that they said they would have their general manager take a look at it. When it was time for us to drive off with the car, it was not truly “detailed” and the gas tank wasn’t filled up at all. They just added tire shine and said it was ready. This is a courtesy that all dealerships do, whether new or used. I will not be returning nor recommending this dealership. I do not feel confident in the decision I made to choose them.
EDIT: The manager reached out and handled any issue that I had. I appreciate you Randy for trying to make things right!

I was having a crummy day yesterday when my Mazda wouldn't start. Then I noticed my key fob wasn't working. My husband tried to remove the battery in the key fob, but no luck. I called Nelson Mazda & was transferred to Service Dept. - she was so nice & said we could bring the key fob to them & they would fix it. So we did. Dakota with the Service Dept. came right out & had that battery out so quick. He replaced the battery & showed us how to remove it next time. Or, he said bring it back anytime. Dakota was SO NICE!!! So my day didn't start out very good, but it sure did turn out great, thanks to the folks at Nelson Mazda. Thank you so much for ALL of your help & your incredible customer service!
