I needed to add a couple links to the bracelet of my Moon watch and simply walked in and CJ took care of me. While I was waiting, I checked out the new FIOS Speedmaster along with the White dial which could be my next purchase. I was out with my fitted bracelet and they reinforced why I own two of their watches.

Everything about this boutique is outstanding. The store is inviting and pleasant to shop in. Displays are beautiful and easy on the eyes. The sales team is knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. And Omega watches unique, beautiful and well built.

Planned a weekend out in Nashville. We stopped here to try on some watches. The staff was over the top on patience and customer service. Knowledgeable, down to earth , not pushy and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend these guys to everyone! The absolute best experience I’ve ever had shopping for a watch.

CJ was a fantastic representative of the brand, and took his time as my wife and I mulled over a new purchase. Took my current watch to be sent for service. Phillip called when my serviced watch was completed, and even shipped it to me instead of having me drive a couple hundred miles to retrieve it. Both were outstanding with regard to patience and customer service. Will be happy to do business with them, best Omega boutique I’ve been to. Thanks you both, gentlemen!

Great experience with Shannon at the Boutique. A unique personal connection to a timepiece made this purchase very special to me. The transaction was straightforwards and there was great communication. Shipping was prompt and without issue. I have done business with many watch retailers and this has by far been the best experience that I have had.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE !!!!!!
First I never thought I would be writing this type of review for such a brand .Keeping it short and simple, bought a watch for my wife as a gift for our anniversary although it was not the most expensive it was in the thousands of dollars .After a year and a so , and very little use, the battery died ,completely unexpected; well , let's replace it ! .Not to mention watch showed signs or early aging , showing scratches and poor quality overall .Took it to store and it's been a month without any answers from them.When I called the store they could not be more rude and looked like a black market store customer service. No definitive answers , unpolite and manager was even worse and suggested we took watch and go somewhere else if we did not like it ! Very disappointed with this purchase and really recommend anyone to think twice before spending your hard earned money in a place like this .

I recently visited the store and everyone was incredibly nice! CJ Tucciarone took care of everything I asked! The customer service was on point. He gave me more information than I could have asked for. The experience overall was 10/10. I will be returning to this store! Anyone going should ask for CJ!

I came in to get the spring bars on my vintage Seamaster replaced, I had quite a few dives on the watch so the spring bars were rusted out, they graciously offered to replace them for me. They went straight to work while I ogled some new 57’s and a Blue Side of the Moon Speedy, after a bit Philip came out and informed me they would have to break the bars, which I expected, and told them no worries at all, this is a daily driver and by no means perfect, so I was not concerned but they treated the watch with the upmost respect. They then came out with the watch ready, Philip informed me that there was a minor accident with the strap which was no concern to me, but he replaced it with a new one, over a minor scuff!!! I could not ask for a more premium or thoughtful experience, I will gladly pay MSRP and have the great experience with Philip and his staff any day of the week. I cannot recommend this boutique enough. Thank you all so much, y’all made my month today!!!

I was low key laughed at when I asked if I could get my speedy cleaned up. I know there was a lot of people in there but still. Not the service I’ve received from other omega boutiques, and definitely not what I expected.Edit 12/11/23 - The store manager Philip called me and was very kind and apologetic. We had a great conversation. He sent me an and my son a care package of some Omega swag. Very nice. We should be back in town during the Christmas holiday and will be giving the boutique another chance. Thanks Philip!

I went in to buy a new band for a vintage piece. The woman who was initially assisting me was so lovely and kind but when she required the assistance of Phillip the experience really started to go down hill. Phillip was condescending and made me extremely uncomfortable. What could have been a perfectly nice exchange left me with a knot in my stomach. I will not be returning.
