Stopped in for a slice of pizza, the aroma is deceiving. It wasn't cooked, the pizza dough was raw near the crust. I tossed it. There's a great view of the resort from the pizzeria.

You can fairly judge a pizza by ordering cheese with no toppings. Such a pizza here is just not good, kinda bad but with very little flavor. I shouldn’t have ordered anyway because they don’t accept cash! Three thumbs down, but the price is ok.

Pizza place inside Opryland. Not horrible, slice sizes are generous. Meal at $14 includes a soda, so good value. Pizza flavor is good and the bake is done right. Only problem is they likely use low cost mozzarella, so the pie is very oily, especially in the middle. Service was efficient and friendly as well. Wasn't a bad place to grab a slice on the go or at the end of a busy day.

You are probably here, reading this, because you don't want to spend another $80 on two people for lunch. I hear ya... and I'm here to help... I think.Service is quick, it's already pre-made and they let you buy it by the slice so you're in and out within a few minutes.... unless you get the person in front of you that tries to pay with cash and then can't remember how to use their debit card because it's been 50 years.... but I digress. For the money, assuming you like pizza... because why else are you reading this? This is a great deal... It was like $15 for 2 large slices... enough to feed a large male who hasn't ate for 24 hours. The quality of the pizza? I mean, we're not in Italy folks... I'd say it's a little better than Papa Johns... but again, where else are you going to be able to eat lunch for $15 anywhere at this resort?Bottom line, give it a shot... if it sucks, I'm sorry... I tried my best... If it's amazing, let me know and I'll send you a bill for my review. Thank you, come again.

Great pizza at an affordable rate. We ordered Veggie Lovers pizza and three meat pizzas, and both were very good. The food was served hot. They also serve salads. They have a seating facility, and it is on the side of the water fall and riverboat cruise. The place is very clean and well maintained. Customer service is very good.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Pizza is available

Toobusy. Pizza was black. We couldn’t even finish it 25$ for a whole pie and the whole bottom was burnt. Photo below. Waisted so much money and the kids didn’t eat it. Had to spend MORE money to get the kids food they would eat. It was too busy to get it rectified and the workers didn’t seem to

My experience here was poor in both quality and service. I purchased a gluten-free pizza on October 26, 2023. I was handed a buzzer and was told to pick up my pizza from the window when the buzzer went off. Thirty minutes later the buzzer had still not gone off and the server shouted out the window to pick up my box. I opened the box and the pizza looked good at first glance, but then I learned the truth. By then the pizza was already getting cold. I have been eating GF pizzas for more than 20 years. Some from skilled pizzerias, grocery stores, and Costco. The pizza here was by far the worst I have ever had in my entire life. The crust was a rubbery, chewy, and tasteless wafer. The slices weren't cut through and it was a challenge to finish cutting them because the crust was so tough and all they had were plastic knives. It was not possible to pick up a slice either because it was glued to the cardboard box and was flimsy like a deflated balloon. $20.73 wasted. I threw my pizza in the trash and left the resort to find some real food. Avoid this place if you want GF pizza.

I have to say we randomly felt like getting pizza in the room one night so I went to pick up some pizza from Paisanos. I was shocked by the line I had to wait in, but it moved pretty quickly. I ordered 2 large pizzas which cost me about $57. The pizzas were amazing! Our entire family loved the food and the crust was so good. I would definitely visit here again if we come back to the Gaylord. Don’t let the line scare you away from a good pizza place!!!!!

Ordered a whole pepperoni pizza. Taste was good, but the crust was hard and bottom was burned. Looked around while eating and all the other peoples pizza was burned on the bottom too, some a lot blacker than ours.

I didn't expect much from the pizza, and probably what I expected is what I got.Only 3 choices, pepperoni, cheese, and veggie. No "pizza of the day". I kinda hoped they would put it in the oven for like 20s to crisp/heat it up, nope. That would've made it 1 more star. The crust was hard to eat, broke my fork (yes I used a fork to appear proper). The table through the store by the water, it's nice and relaxing.I did like the beverage selection, though gutted no sweet tea.

The food was very delicious and the customer service was superb. The young man with the beard hand delivered my food since I am on a wheelchair to my table and cleaned it up for me. Enjoyed the water fall and the music , would definitely recommend to all visitors to try !

This is the first place I ate while at a convention at the Gaylord. I got a margherita. It was really good. I didn't particularly like the whole tomato slices. I am more use to diced or crushed and the basil appeared to be way to consistently sliced to not be some freeze dried basil, but those were the two down sides. The upsides were the flavor was good, and even better the crust was excellent. Some people may argue that, but where I am from everyones crust is essentially Dominos....I know, sad isn't it?

Highly disappointed in the flow of ordering. Most pizza places you get to stand in front of the pizza display and pick out the pizza you want. Then head to the checkout to pay for the items you picked out. Not this place! I have to go to the register and pay first...I know it sounds simple enough but you have to tell them what pizza you want. How do I know because I can't see them and I'm not allowed to go to that section because they have it roped off. No thanks! I will just go hungry before dealing with this place again. The great scenery is the only reason they got a 3 star.
