Pizza was extremely bland, also did not get the extra cheese that I ordered. I complained via the app and then they want me to call the store number and waste more time to get a credit after already writing a long email expressing my dissatisfaction. I am done giving this place more chances. No thank you.

Papa John’s Bellevue TN NOW Open! For the first time in as long as I can remember the order was correct. The way I asked for the pizza to be made was spot on. Was worth the wait! Keep up the good work!

Sign says temporarily closed for construction as you pass this place and there are dumpsters on the side. I tried to order on 09/12/23 via phone and the recording says it is closed. So i'm not sure if they are open or closed.

It is no exaggeration for me to say they get some part of my order wrong 100 percent of the time. Sometimes it is wrong pizza toppings, sometimes it is missing items (particularly sauce cups), sometimes it is improper preparation (for example, garlic knots with zero sauce, so they are just overcooked wads of flavorless dough). I think I will not return to this location even though I have been hoping for a good experience from them for the past three years. It just hasn't happened. To me, it seems that the people working at this location just don't care that they aren't preparing the orders accurately. I spoke to one manager a while back who was very helpful, but other than that what I have observed is that the employees have little to no commitment to their work, but they sure do have a lot of attitude.

The employees could really care less about helping anybody. At the counter, they will let you stand there and stare a whole thro you Before they ever ask? Can I help you? If you can bet your dollar if you go towards them orders, you have somebody right there then, twice tonight. 4 orders haven't even been made, AND they were supposed to be there in 6 minutes.

Horrible service for mediocre pizza. The staff just lets the phone ring, and there was a line of people that hadn’t been helped. The staff didn’t say anything. They just acted like nobody was there.

Pizza was over cooked, way too much sauce (taste like I was eating spaghetti), I ordered pepperoni on my pizza and there was none.
