Always a perfect place to go for cute gifts and stationary. I always get my work notebooks here and jellycats for my nephew and celebrations

Interesting cards, paper, gift. Not much in the category of stationery for letter writing

For my first wedding anniversary I had an idea and needed help from a paper expert. I was delighted when I found Paper Source. I was even more pleased after my interaction with their staff. They were kind (to a novice) and allowed me the opportunity to explore the store while asking questions until I found what I needed.

I cannot leave store without buying something! Good place to buy gifts, paper and unique and good quality stationary. A little pricey for some items.

Went there to get my gifts wrapped. They were very nice and helped my to choose the materials for wrapping it.It was a little expensive.I spend about $75 for two medium size boxes in total with wrapping service and materials plus two cards.

ZERO stars for these idiots. I ordered personalized cards and plain envelopes. They promptly sent the cards and half the envelopes. After an email and 4 phone calls not only can they not print a shipping label and put 100 blank envelopes in a box and send them, they can't even communicate with anyone about how to possibly, maybe, think that maybe some day someone somewhere in the universe might possibly bother to think about sending the envelopes that I've already purchased. You can't talk to a supervisor. There is no way to escalate the attention the matter might get. It would literally take less than 5 minutes to fix the problem and instead they've paid for an hour of wages for someone to sit on the phone and say they can't do anything to fix the problem.

Outstanding! Visiting the area and need a gift wrapped to perfection? This is the place!! Everyone in Nashville needs to know about The Paper Source. Fromthe friendly and informative phone call (when I called in a state of despair from 4 calls that went nowhere) to the attention and assistance at the store. Unique merchandise and knowledgeable team. I am sorry they aren’t in my hometown. Thank you!!

I LOVE this place. I've been to their website so many times. I couldn't make a decision. I am so glad I found the store front by accident. I like to touch my paper before I buy it. I use them for beautiful end papers in my books. It is hard to find sheets that fit 12x9 books for binding. Hardest part is not being half the store. Lol

I almost never leave reviews but I’ve been here a few times and every time the store associates are so unfriendly. It’s shocking — everything in the store is so cute, and yet, the people are so miserable there. Definitely wanted to give the benefit of the doubt the first few times— especially as retail can be a tough industry to work in, but it’s just shocking how unfriendly the people here are.

I love this store for what it is. Excellent cards, fun little things you (or someone you know) will love. BUT it is pricey.

Please do not buy envelopes from Papersource. THEY DO NOT SEAL!!I found out they were defective after finishing all my addressing and customer service can't do anything about it because I couldn't return them. They wouldn't even send me new envelopes. NOT A HELPFUL COMPANY.

If paper is your thing, check it out. If you hate thinking about the trees killed, it's best to skip it.
