About Park Happy
Park Happy is a parking service that manages various parking lots, often in busy downtown areas. The reviews highlight that the parking lots are typically located behind businesses and may not always be well marked, which can lead to confusion about whether parking is free or paid. Some lots have signs and kiosks, but these can sometimes be obstructed by vehicles or not clearly visible, making it easy for visitors to accidentally park incorrectly or receive fines. Despite occasional issues with signage and parking regulations, customers generally find the staff at Park Happy to be friendly, understanding, and willing to help resolve problems. Several reviews mention how the company responds quickly to disputes and often cancels fines when mistakes are explained. For example, one customer was mistakenly fined for using an outdated license plate but appreciated the quick and kind response from Park Happy staff. Another reviewer received a parking violation for not displaying a receipt, but after contacting the company and providing evidence, the fine was dismissed after a conversation with the owner. Overall, Park Happy offers parking solutions that can be convenient and affordable, but users should pay close attention to signage and parking rules to avoid fines. The company's customer service is praised for being friendly and responsive, often resolving issues promptly and fairly.

Scanned the QR code and it sent a link to my phone. Clicked on it and it showed a paid for amount and expiration time. They then leave a $75 ticket! Scam!!! Said they will reduce it to $35! Awful! Don’t use these scam artists!

Park Happy charged $59 dollars while we were in the ice cream store getting a scoop for the kids. We were within the 30min grace period. The fees are outrageous and predatory. These types of practices should be illegal and justify lawsuits

Pls be careful. If you are one min late after your time expired they will ask you to pay $50 extra. This is unethical and unreasonable by any mean.
