What a cute little store! full of nice clothes, with some books and toys too. We planned to stop somewhere else, but ended up getting everything we needed here and more. Nice selection (much better than some of the photos I saw here), great quality!

I frequent Little Cottage, Plaid Rabbit, etc for my baby. Was really excited to shop and buy from Patch! Went in with a friend yesterday evening to look for our babies and was met by an extremely rude sales associate who made it quite clear she was upset we came in closer to closing time. It ruined the whole experience to be quite honest.

Absolutely stunning boutique but super unfortunate the overall customer service. The employees stayed behind the desk the whole entire time and I almost felt judged like my money wasn’t good enough to be in that store. I would have bought more if I felt more welcomed and they offered to help me but instead I felt rushed and judged. We went across the street to Plaid Rabbit and the atmosphere was a complete 180. I would save your time and go there.

I have 3 & 1 yr old boys. The selection here for dudes is unreal cute, which is a rare find in my opinion!! I’ve gotten everyday basics and special event clothing here. Strikes a great balance of classic Southern and fresh, “trendy” for lack of a better term. I’ve fallen for brands I’d never heard of before shopping here. They also wrap gifts very sweetly which is a bonus. PS The girls stuff is cute too ?

I just really love this store. Nashville is fortunate to have several wonderful kids’ stores, but Patch has a style all its own. I love discovering brands here that I haven’t seen anywhere else. A gem!

We are visiting from out of town and I really needed to find a warmer yet cute outfit for my daughter but I couldn't find any local kids clothing stores that carried them. I eventually found Patch and it had them! This boutique store has great selections of kids clothing and they are really really cute as well! The best thing is that many cute outfits are on sale too. I bought 5 pieces of clothes for both my daughter and son. To add to that, the store owner is super friendly, and helpful in helping me find what I needed. It's was a very pleasant experience and I also loved the fact I was able to support local small businesses. Will definitely visit and buy from them again next time we are in town.

Hands down the cutest kids store with a variety of sizes, styles, and price ranges! Kelsey, the owner, is extremely personable and helpful. Can't recommend this store enough!

Patch is a great addition to the retail community in Nashville! They have the best selection of clothing, shoes and accessories for children ages Newborn to Teen. Whether you are looking for a gift or something for your own child, I highly recommend visiting this cute shop! You will not be disappointed ☺️
