I popped into Peacock Jewelers just to grab my wife some earings but oh boy, was I in for a delightful surprise! The moment I stepped in, the vibe of the place just felt right. It's like walking into a friend's home where every corner whispers a story. The staff here? Absolutely phenomenal. They have this way of making you feel at ease instantly. It's not every day you find people who genuinely want to help you find what you're looking for, and do so with such patience and warmth. And let me im glad I wasnt trying to find her a ring! There had to be at least a thousand sitting out. What really got to me was the sense of being part of the American dream while I was there. Peacock Jewelers isn't just a store; it's a living, breathing embodiment of passion and hard work. You can feel the love and dedication that's gone into building this place. To anyone who happens to be in the area, do yourself a favor and drop by Peacock Jewelers. It's more than just shopping; it's an experience that warms your heart and reminds you of the good in the world.

My ring was in need of some tlc and this place did an amazing job. They were completely transparent start to finish and everyone was incredibly helpful and polite. Miss Laura is amazing and a joy to chat with. I’m also quite impressed how fast they were able to get my piece finished in one day and the ring looks new again. Incredible. Great job guys :-)

I am new to the Nashville area and getting the feel for local jewelry stores to design a special ring. Based off the reviews this place seems pretty inconsistent, but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and go in with an open mind without persuasion. As I entered the store the welcoming was typical and I browsed for two minutes before I overheard the who I assume owner legitimately cussing out a male worker. The lowest of lows in my opinion and I will never return here. This establishment deserves to be shut down based off my experience and the owners responses to customer reviews. As a Christian with strong faith, it truly makes me sad to see the gospel being thrown around in the condescending way peacock is doing.

You would be doing yourself a disservice going anywhere else for any jewelry needs. This is truly the most magnificent store in all of Nashville.

I really had high hopes for this place since it’s listed as the top jewelry store and repair in Nashville. Unfortunately I’ve had now two very negative experiences here. The first time I went I had an heirloom ring band replaced and it was replaced with an entirely different metal (gold instead of platinum)! I was shocked at the time but gave them the benefit of the doubt because accidents happen. Flash forward to a year from then and the band that they redid in platinum broke in two spots and the ring caved in (with minimal force while doing house chores). I went in to the shop hoping to see if they could recommend next steps and/or repair it. Was met with potentially the rudest human on the planet who regaled me with his many accomplishments while not actually answering any questions I had. The kind jeweler who actually does the repairs was there and I kept trying to ask his opinion since he would be directly working on he ring but the other gentleman would not be deterred. He kept loudly expressing his opinions and being verbally aggressive toward me and my husband. I’m not one to be confrontational but when faced with such an unpleasant a-hole it was difficult not to be. It’s such a shame, because the jewelry here is beautiful and the one jeweler who does repairs seemed lovely.P.S. looking forward to reading the response to this which I’m sure will accuse me of gossiping or sharing false information and include many a Bible verse in order to shame me. Like many of the other negative reviews I have read. Cheers!

A Call for IntegrityI write this review with a heavy heart, having witnessed deeply unethical behavior at a prominent local jeweler. My experience there was overshadowed not by their products, but by their lack of moral compass. During my visit, I overheard staff members boasting about posting negative reviews on a competitor's page to undermine them and artificially boost their own reputation. What's particularly alarming is the brazen nature of this deceit. You can actually scroll down on the competitor's reviews, below this very review I've posted on the unnamed jeweler's page, to see the evidence for yourself. It's a calculated effort to drag one business through the mud to make another shine, a tactic that reveals a callous indifference to the enormous sacrifices and unwavering commitment required to run a business. Every entrepreneur pours their soul into their venture. It's not just a job; it's a culmination of dreams, hopes, and relentless hard work. The actions of this jeweler show a stunning lack of respect for this truth. The ramifications of such unethical conduct are not limited to the businesses themselves. They ripple outwards, touching every life connected to the targeted jeweler. This includes hardworking employees whose livelihoods are threatened, their families whose well-being hangs in the balance, and friends who share in their joys and struggles. The community built around a business is its beating heart, and to disrupt that heart with underhanded tactics is not just a violation of professional ethics; it's a breach of basic human decency. The pursuit of profit, no matter how enticing, should never come at the expense of these fundamental values.I posted this review not just as a warning but also as a call for integrity in business practices. Money can't buy morals, and no amount of revenue is worth the cost of one's ethical standing. I urge consumers to support businesses that value hard work, fairness, and respect over manipulation and deceit.---In maintaining my integrity, I choose not to stoop to the level of naming and shaming. When they go low, we go high. For those who value the well-being of our community, I encourage you to look at the reviews and see for yourselves. It's essential to champion these values and stand against practices that undermine them in our business communities.

If you’re looking to find your dream engagement ring this is the place to go! My ring turned out perfect and they made the process to create it very fun. We decided to get my wedding band here as well and it looks amazing all together!

Very disappointed! Very friendly staff (in person) and awesome selection. Was in store over two and a half months ago and purchased a silver bracelet. I did not take it home that day but did pay for it to be adjusted and then sent to my local address. A phone call and an email later and two months go by, I still have no bracelet or refund. Taking the loss and assuming that I got scammed. Hope its just a hiccup and that this store has good intentions!Edit: (Store did have good intentions) While it took some time the issue was more than resolved. Store was responsive and helpful, thank you very much!

My recent experience with Peacock Jewelers, located on 21st Ave in Hillsboro Village, was truly remarkable. I entrusted them with the repair of two bracelets that are very dear to me. The level of craftsmanship and meticulous attention they gave to each piece was outstanding. Particularly noteworthy is how they cared for a bracelet that's especially close to my heart, a treasured gift from years past. The skill and delicacy with which they restored this cherished item left me deeply impressed and grateful. My sincerest thanks go out to the entire team at Peacock Jewelers for their exceptional service. Thanks again Joey!

After a lengthy search through numerous jewelry stores in the Nashville area, I finally stumbled upon Peacock Jewelers. I must preface this by saying I’m not typically one to write reviews, and no, this isn't a paid endorsement. But my experience here was so genuinely remarkable that I feel compelled to share it.As someone not well-versed in jewelry lingo, I often felt out of my depth in other stores. Peacock Jewelers, however, was a different story. The staff here didn't just sell me jewelry; they educated me, making me feel comfortable and valued, rather than clueless. It was refreshing and contributed significantly to the pleasant atmosphere of the store. What truly set Peacock Jewelers apart, though, was the involvement of Joey, the owner. It's not every day that you see the owner personally ensuring customer satisfaction. Joey didn't step in because something went awry; he did it out of sheer passion. His commitment to ensuring that each piece of jewelry was perfect - or as he puts it, "110%" - was evident and deeply appreciated.Another aspect that left me pleasantly surprised was their financing options. Joey offered in-house financing without the need for a credit pull, which was a relief given the recent checks for our wedding and home upgrade. This level of understanding and accommodation is rare in my experience. And then there was the cognac. At the end of our visit, Joey shared a drink with us. It wasn't just a purchase; it was a celebration, a moment of genuine connection and joy.Lastly, a word of advice to future customers: pay attention when they discuss their insurance options. It's easy to assume you know what's coming, but Peacock Jewelers offers unique and valuable coverage that shouldn't be overlooked. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Peacock Jewelers. Joey and his team didn't just sell us jewelry; they helped bring our dream to life, making the entire experience a cherished part of our journey. Thank you, Joey, and everyone at Peacock Jewelers for making this more than just a transaction, but a truly special memory.

Just dropped by to leave a shout-out for Peacock Jewelers here in Nashville. Honestly, I didn't expect to find a place this cool. Paula was a total gem (pun intended!) – she had this easygoing vibe that just wiped away any awkwardness. You know how sometimes you walk into a jewelry store and feel a bit out of place? None of that here. Paula was all about making things simple and fun, and she really knew her stuff without making it all sound like rocket science. Plus their Chain selection was steller! It felt more like hanging out with friends than a typical store transaction. Totally coming back here for future jewelry needs and recommending them to everyone. They just get it right – great vibes, great people, great jewelry.

The best customer service ever! I bought engagement ring and they made me feel like I talk to my family and not to someone who’s goal is to sell ring. Very genuine people. My fiancé loves her ring.

I brought in two bracelets to be repaired and they did a beautiful job with both of them. One was very sentimental to me as it was a special gift from a long time ago. Peacock Jewelers thank you!
