I recently purchased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata from Perkins Nashville and received the car less than two weeks ago and the oil plug is leaking. Luckily I bought a warranty but I am already having to come out of pocket to get it diagnosed. I purchased here because people
told me that Perkins was a decent
place to purchase a vehicle. I hate the car buying process and hate car salesmen and dealerships and this is exactly why. They are by far the most dishonest profession out there. Be very careful what you buy from Perkins. They got one over on me and I will suffer from this financially. They offered
Zero help when I messaged them and were quick to push me to the warranty. Brian Hosier was my car salesman and I am not sure he is even there but I assume the entire company knew about the leak. Be aware!!!!

Everyone was so professional and kind . We dealt with Drake . He was very attentive to all of our needs and helped us get the vehicle we wanted . I would highly recommend Perkins Motor plex if you are looking for a new vehicle!

Still have not removed a credit inquiry, it’s been 6 months and nothing, and now they’re dodging my emails and calls. Will be pursuing legal action against them.

Great customer service and just all around good people they will break down everything and be honest with you and won’t pressure you into anything I have bought my last 2 trucks with them would definitely recommend this company !!!

My husband and i just recently purchased a truck from the dealership and they met all of our expectations and beyond! We are from Kansas City, flew in and loved it! They picked us up from the hotel in our truck, talk about awesome! The atmosphere was great, not pushy at all! Scott was our salesman & after a short period, he felt like family! God truly blessed us with our truck & this dealership! We will be using the dealership in the future for our purchases!

Perkins was great and Grant was awesome. He was authentic, straightforward forward and knowledgeable. I found what I was looking for at a very fair and reasonable price, great quality truck. They were not pushy, just helpful.

Everyone on staff was incredibly nice and each one made a point to acknowledge me. Eric was so helpful and accommodating during the entire process of buying/trading in. He gave me a few tidbits of extra info about the vehicle I purchased that I would not have known about otherwise. I never felt hustled or pushed to make a purchase. Flash forward to 2024 and I used this place again for a car. Exact same experience, never felt pressured, everyone was so kind and helpful. Scott was the nicest guy and made the sale go smoothly and truly felt cared for as a person, not just a customer. Highly recommend!

Bought a 2018 duramax From Grant Gustafson, who by the way is a great salesman he was honest throughout the entire buying process. I would definitely recommend going to him or any other salesman at Perkins, great establishment.

Easiest car purchase yet! Perkins had the best prices we could find. Matthew provided detailed information on the car, along with a video and was able to get it delivered out of state the very next day inside of a tight window where we would be available. I’d absolutely buy from Perkins again!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new truck with Grant. He was super helpful! We were in and out with NO pressure to buy.
Furthermore, the truck we bought was missing the antenna. I didn’t catch it until later. He went above and beyond to get me a new antenna. Absolute first class service!
We’ll buy again from Grant!

Ok,so here's my personal story with perkins.I kept getting things from capital one saying' Your pre approved" so when I actually needed a truck because I have an rv to pull,I went to Perkins because that's who capital one said they work with in my area. After a short phone conversation with Halston I realized the deal was dead,they have beautiful trucks and plenty of them but none in my lower price range. I was disappointed and let the idea go.
The next morning I see a text from Halston with a picture of a Ford F150 and he wrote,Andy I think I found a good truck for you...I'm not going to write a book here so I'll just say..he took the time to find me a lower priced vehicle that I know was not a huge money maker for them ,but treated my situation with such class and respect that I didn't feel like some guy who couldn't afford a good truck.I absolutely loved the truck and he secured me a loan all over the phone. They may not have made much money on me but they made a customer and an advocate for them for life..when I picked it up I was treated like someone who spent 10 x what I did.,Thank you guys,I still sit in it and can't believe you made this happen for me And thank you again Halston for going out of your way for me!!
